AAA Heating & Air Conditioning Service

I've been using AAA Heating & Air Conditioning Service, Inc. for a long time now, and they have an annual service agreement that includes two visits a year. Recently, I had an issue with my air handler leaking water and the ducts smelling bad. I found the leak myself, but when I contacted AAA, they were not helpful at all. They lied to me multiple times, didn't return my calls, and even broke appointments with me to prioritize higher paying customers. It took them three months to finally show up, and when they did, they were two hours late and only completed half the work because they ran out of daylight. The technician thought the problem was with the outside blanket and promised to return with a senior technician, but they never did. They also didn't spray for mold like they were supposed to.

After three months, AAA contacted me again to finish the work, but when the technician arrived, he refused to follow my instructions and check the blanket. He repeated the same inside tests the first technician did and said it was our problem. He didn't even spray for mold like he was supposed to. To make matters worse, AAA classified this as a new "special" service call and charged me almost twice the rate without telling me beforehand. They lied to me about the visit, the warranty, the charge, and the "special" rate. They didn't even do the work they were supposed to do, and now they're trying to bill me for it. I want the bill cancelled.
