Horrible company to deal with. Sure, they send a technician and collect the deposit within 2 days of me calling. Paid 50% and they never showed up to the installation appointment. No one is answering calls. You get the same out going message letting you know that you are second in line. Every time? Second? Never 3rd or 5th?
Reschedule. I was ready to call my credit card company and report fraud. But they took 200 off and were so sorry. They guaranteed. I call yesterday to confirm todays appointment. No answer (now I'm calling a "manager" who gave me her personal number... I call this morning...no answer. A guy in a rented UHaul shows up.
The door he has is wrong. I paid for a row of windows. This has none. This is what "they sent me" he explained.
So he finishes and tells me that now it has to be a manual door because the motor isn't working any more. It worked this MORNING and all during you installing because I heard it over and over and over.
No lock, no handle, no window.
What a horrible company to deal with. Please save yourself some time and aggrevation and use a local company. I know it's hard, because when you do a search, almost every company they list ends up going to this company.
They go by a few different names. My receipts says "Garage Door Service". My credit card was charged by a company called Garage and Gate from Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
Recommendation: use a local, reliable company...not this shell game
