New recipe if so horrible! 20 years of eating 711 nachos and so sad to no longer be buying my 711 nacho with a small slurped. I was hoping it was only one location, but went to to another and same crap. Awful.

My name is Melalie Gonzales, working as a call center agent at Capitalone Philippines Northgate filinvest Alabang muntinlupa city with cp#[protected]. I have a complaint with regards to my transaction. At 7/11 fast bites Northgate filinvest Alabang muntinlupa city on July 9 2021 at around 6:30pm manila time amounted to ₱131.00 only. The lady who helped me with my transaction mentioned that their terminal did not accept my payment even thought I have my Gcash reference number. The lady and the guy whom I've seek assistance were not helpful at all. I want my money back please.

When I was a child we had two 7-11's in our small town, growing up I have always loved the nachos because of the cheese . Many years back the stores were purchased and changed over to Maveriks.
Now that I am grown and have a family of my own we seek out a 7-11 store whenever we are on vacation just to enjoy the nachos.
Sometimes traveling 30 minutes out of the way. Upon one of the visits to the stores we realized the cheese had been changed. We assumed it was just that store, we ventured to several other stores and unfortunately we found it was a corporate decision that all the cheese had been changed. We are sorely disappointed with the change and no longer visit 7-11 stores. We hope that someday the cheese will return and bring back the joy that the nachos once brought our family.

It is such a disappointment that 7-eleven changed their nacho cheese. My family and I used to get specifically those nachos, especially during summer. Whoever decided to change the cheese, I do not know, but wow what a mistake it is. The new cheese tastes absolutely disgusting. I wish they would bring the new cheese back. I have also tried to research what brand the old cheese was since my family and I used to get those nachos so much. I haven't been able to find anything. I even tried to contact 7-eleven and nobody reached back to me. All I want to know is the brand of the cheese 7-eleven used to sell for their nachos.

I, vernon taylor, went to 7 11 store on 3020 n. Hampton dallas, texas 75212. I asked kimberly lockey to give me some lottery tickets she gave me the wrong ticket so I told nicely thats the wrong ticket she commented ' [censored] i'm a old lady I can't keep bending down' so I said you're not old i'm 64. Then she wouldnt get me the ticket I wanted and call another employee to serve me. Then she made another comment about my old [censored] and cursing. I told her i'm a customer you can't talk to me like that then she said' i'll cut your throat' and get your [censored] out of here with your poor [censored] and don't make me come across this counter and kick your old [censored]'. I asked for the manager but she was on vacation I asked for her name and she told me and she said ' I want you to spell my name right I don't give a damn. So I would your company to look in to the matter cause I don't like to be threaten for purchasing anything in your store. My phone number is [protected]

I visited the 7-11 @ 2101 Sandymount Road; Finksburg, MD 21048 @ approximately 9:15 PM tonight. I purchased a Big Bite hot dog. I requested the receipt and the clerk explained "the machine is not giving receipts". My reply "Why"? The clerk stated "No receipt". I then asked for a bag. The clerk explained "It's in a box". Excuse me 7-11 Administrators when you purchased an item you get a receipt and most folks don't want to carry the merchandise purchased out in their hands so you are given a bag. This is very poor customer service and a lack of respect. No receipt and to have to ask for a bag twice to get one. Really? I would have listed the clerks name but there was no name tag. The clerk had a green 7-11 shirt on with no other identification. 7-11 Franchises are being sold to ethnicity's that English is there second language and they have no respect for Americans. It's there way or get out. I'm done I will never stop at this 7-11 again. I posted a post on Facebook and Next Door tonight letting everyone in the neighborhood know about the lack of respect that was shown.

so i was going into the store and noticed one of your employees smoking out of a marijuana pipe. i didnt say anything i just kept walking because the employee was smoking very carefree. I did not know what to do or say so im letting you know just in case you dont allow marijuana smoking while your employees are on the clock. I say she was on the clock still because she came back inside while I was standing in line and i noticed she didnt wash her hands and she started helping customers right away. This is so unperfessional being that we are still getting over covid19. I could just imagine if she is handling food disgusting. I live in Longmont and I will Not be going back to that store anymore. I will have to go further down to the Firestone store where I know they wash their hands. The employee is young has long black hair and wears glasses. She also has braces and acts rude to the other employees.

I have been eating Nachos with Cheese from 7/Eleven for over 20 years. There have been a couple of flavor changes that made the cheese less flavorful, but until now, nothing that made it disgusting. The little specks of red are not wanted or needed and the flavor is bad enough that I will not buy the nachos or hot dogs again.
Please bring back the NACHO CHEESE flavored cheese sauce. If anyone in the corporate office is arguing to keep this current sauce, they should be physically beaten and then fired.
