7-11 in Redmond, OR. Is refusing to load paypal cards. They will load any other card, but not paypal. I think this is because one time I won $400 on a lottery ticket. When they tried to pay me with a "money order" instead of cash, I suggested to just load it onto my card. Simple! This was a manager BTW, she was so rude because she clearly didn't know how to do it! It wasn't even a big deal. Now all of a sudden they have a little hand written sign on their register that says no paypal loads. This is so inconvenient. I brought in cash yesterday to load on my paypal card and they refused. There's no reason for this! It works just fine. So frustrating!
Desired outcome: I just want them to know how to do their job
