I asked 310-DUMP to take away some wood from my garage and a few things from the front and side. The wood was the main thing I wanted gone. They sent a crew who said it would be *** plus GST, which was a good price, so I said yes. An hour later, they said they were done. Then they asked me what I was going to do with the wood in the back? I was surprised because that was the wood I wanted gone. They said it wasn't on the work order. I was upset and asked if they could take it. They said they would for $200 with no GST. I had to borrow $200 because I only had $450. When they were done, they sent me pics of what was left. Then I saw I was charged $722.00 total, which was an extra ***! I contacted 310 DUMP and they said for an extra $150 plus GST, they would take the rest of the wood. I said it wasn't fair because it wasn't my fault. Later, a manager said they would take the rest of the wood for free. That's good, but I still think it wasn't fair to charge me extra.

I rented a bin from 310-Dump in March and everything was good. But come July/August, they stopped picking up my garbage. They kept charging me full price each month, even though they weren't doing their part. I emailed them after two months of no garbage pickup and expressed my frustration. But they continued to charge me the full price, plus other fees. They didn't pick up the bin once from July until two weeks ago when I called and told them to remove it because I moved. They charged me from the beginning until now and keep trying to take money from my bank. It's not okay to charge me over *** every month for services they aren't providing. They broke their end of the arrangement last summer, and I had to rent U-Hauls to get my garbage taken to the dump. I've accrued hundreds of dollars in NSF fees to my bank account and their ridiculous fees and interest. It's *** and they shouldn't be allowed to do this.

I signed up with 310DUMP on Sept 1, *** for 3 years of monthly garbage pick up for $63.00 per month and bin exchange/removal for $125.00. But, the driver always left the bin open with the lids stuck between the building wall and garbage bin. I told them about it, but they didn't do anything. On July 23, 2022, the bin caught fire because the lids were open. We put out the fire with 2 fire extinguishers and called 911. We told 310DUMP about it, but they charged us $2117.50 without our permission. They said it was for exchanging the bin, but it's their fault for leaving it open. We want our money back, but they won't give it to us. Our insurance won't cover it either. It's not fair that they're ripping off innocent customers like us. They should have closed the bin properly. I'm attaching the invoices, agreements, and pictures of the bin and the fire. We can't afford to pay the credit card company, and they're charging us interest every month.
