They do the trash pick up in our area at 5am on Mondays which is too early for us in St. Charles - ***. It's really annoying that they intentionally make noise and wake us up between 5-5:45am every Monday. Not happy with their service and won't be using them anymore.

I had trash pickup on Thursday, but they didn't come for mine even though they picked up everyone else's. I called them in a hurry, and they said they stopped service because I didn't pay, but I did pay my bill. I showed them the email receipt they sent me with the date, time, and amount, and they saw that I paid the day I received my bill. But they still stopped service after a whole month of picking up my trash. They said the driver would turn around and pick up my trash, but I waited until 3pm, and they didn't come. I called back, and they said it would be Friday morning, but they didn't come. I called again, and they said they only have one driver who was too far away, so they couldn't come until Monday. Someone else said they would come and call me back, but they didn't. I asked if a yard person could come and swap out the cans before things start to crawl around, but they put me on hold. Now I have to deal with a can full of trash until they decide to pick it up. I am so not satisfied.

Aspen Waste Systems of Missouri Inc. tried to charge me $15.97 for canceling. They said I needed to give them 2 weeks notice, but I only told them in the last week of December. They didn't pick up our tote until the 2nd week of January. Now they're sending us to collection. If this is their policy, they should put it on their website. At most, since I notified them in December, it should only be for one week.

I got a dumpster from Aspen Waste Systems of Missouri Inc. on May 24,2022. It was a 40 yard dumpster and cost $495 for seven days. They said it included one dump, which I thought meant they would pick it up, dump it and return it to me before picking it up again after the seven days. I called to use that dump on May 27,2022, but they brought back a smaller dumpster. I didn't think much of it and figured we could make it work. They were supposed to pick it up on May 31,2022. But on June 7, 2022 they charged my debit card $325 without any statement or phone call. They said the one dump meant the final dump at the end of the seven days. That doesn't make sense to me. Why wouldn't the final dump be included in the $495 rental fee? I'm really frustrated. I wouldn't have ordered the dumpster if I knew I had to pay an extra $325 to have it dumped.
