1st Airport Taxis review: A brilliant stress free ride to Heathrow!

Where do I start? My driver Abbas (id 404) texted me to tell me he had left and when he was going to arrive. He texted me again on arriving at my house and greeted me with a big smile.
He chose the best route to get there with plenty of time and his driving was very smooth (I am not the best of traveller in a car and felt great all the way).
As I was a bit nervous about finding him outside the terminal on my way back, he offered me the option of greet and meet for my return journey from Heathrow.
He also offered to be the one coming to pick me up on my return, which I was very thankful for. And he was going to arrange all this himself with the company.
Exceptional service from a reliable, considerate and very helpful driver!
