bad experience

I'm complaining about the driver. The way he drove was terrible, too fast and dangerous. I was with a little baby and I think his manner of driving was absolutely unacceptable. Moreover, he seemed to be a very inexperienced driver, he confused streets and took me to the wrong place.
This crazy trip from A to B took 50 minutes and I was late.
Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but it happened on Monday, at about 7 pm, went from 31st Ave Woodside, NY to 49th Ave, Long Island City, NY. I hope it will help.
Please, look into the matter. Thanks.
