1425 Hudson Street at Hudson Tea

1425 Hudson is another Toll Bros. tax scam created by the corruption in Hoboken. I watched this monstrosity being built SLOWLY over MONTHS, terrorizing everyone in the neighborhood. But mostly, I watched them fit the apartment with the cheapest things money could buy.

You have to be NUTS to buy property in Hoboken, where the water system is horrendous and the market is soon to tilt. ANYONE who purchased in Hudson Tea in the past has lost A LOT.

Then you have to deal with all the renters in the area PLUS the hoodrats and the frat bums. All the crime comes to that river front on summer nights. You will be hearing it outside of your "scenic" windows 24/7. The Shipyard is run by Applied Co. right next door, and those are basically slums for people too stupid to live better elsewhere for the same $. The renters in there include Artie Lange, Heroin addict, and a bunch of other junkies/etc. The workers of the complex are all over the streets, smoking weed and other things.

Why would you move here ? This would be the biggest mistake of your life. You can either trust this warning or come back to it years later.

BTW, this building will die in another Sandy. Hoboken is not built for water. Period.
