I have been happy with this company over the years and have counted on them to deliver floral arrangements on time and usually just as pretty as the picture. However, my most recent experience with this company has been disappointing to say the least. I ordered flowers on January 23rd of 2024. I received an email confirming my order shortly thereafter and expected the flowers to show up as a surprise for my bride. I was charged and the flowers not only did not arrive that day it is the 25th of January and they still have not arrived. This is after calling the company and spending about 35-minutes with a man who answered the phone on behalf of the company. I assume he was working from home because I could hear kids in the background and maybe his wife (the noise was distracting him) He also seemed to struggle with the computer system to locate my order. He also seemed to struggle with the english language. While polite he had a tough time listening and entering the information into the system. I explained what happened and he apologized on behalf of the company numerous times. I accepted the apology and assumed the situation was fixed and that my wife would be surprised today with the flowers I ordered and paid for two days ago. It still has not happened. This is the second time an order has not arrived as advertised perhaps they have simply grown to big handle all of the orders. Disappointed in Texas.
