On 12-27 when I turned off my IPad I was myself. Next day when I turned on I was Mr X, had my games listed but I did not know his friends. I have diligently gotten points for him (dummy me) and he has gone from $10, 000, 000. To $131, 000, 000. I have talked many times a week with HIR technology. Then they said go to Facebook which I sent screen print to HIR, 2 days ago they were consulting with someone in games. Now technology all changed. I WANT MYSELF, MY POINTS AND MY 136 status or so standing back, THATS IT ! They were able to find myself, why can't this be resolved ? Screen print below is Mr X

Nothing is working today on Hit It Rich slots. Whether I click on games or the gear icon to try to contact directly There is absolutely No response - other than the gear icon or game light fades & then brightens when clicked on but thats it. Neither any games gear icon open up. My signal is excellent so I have no idea what is wrong w/site. I did play yesterday though gear icon for settings didn't work yesterday nor today.

Zynga charges a 10% fee when sending resources to another account. There's unfair matching in quick matches and alliance war matching. What is so upsetting when we advance in levels the game gets harder which in some ways expected, but when we can't get rare loot because of
Being in a higher level is absurd. I had to use gold to make up the difference to craft important war components in the war factory. In addition we are falsely told we can get rare loot and components in operation killswitch and hammerfall which is a lie. I may get one rare loot out of all the targets I hit. This game is unfair, misleading people and cheating. I can't afford this game anymore and won't spend another dime on gold.
All I get in response are excuses and most of the time prepared robot responses. I used to like the gam as it is the best game of this type but I no longer enjoy it.

I have been playing The Zynga game for about six weeks. I initially purchased 50, 000 coins for I thought would be for 50 games. But no. As soon as I purchase coins, Zynga without my knowledge or consent increases Both
The minimum buyin for a game
And increases my minimum bet ( often to 10x my last bet). This happens every time I leave the game or change tables, so it requires one to be on ones toes at all times and to check everything all the time. They do it sneakily.

Frankly, I didnt notice what Zynga was doing initially but did notice the following as well. As soon as I purchased chips, I lost over and over again having been paired with such inferior players that lost purposefully

I woke up this morning and checked my bank statement only to find an unauthorized charge of a $105.99 from Gin Rummy Plus app game which is not even listed on the zynga support page. I dropped my phone yesterday. I do not want this and I want to be refunded for it. This is ridiculous. I don't even know how this could have happened just by trying to grab your phone. I've already submitted a complaint with attachments to zinga support. I would just like this to be resolved (refunded) quickly. I am attaching pictures. I play occassionally as a guest. I have bought and paid lots of money to.play the hit it rich games my issue is this ...the challenges ...the amount you have to win to finish the challenge is ridiculous...5 million ? Impossible without running out of coins...also why did they take away the automatic counter when spinning if you need 150 spins ..why now is that taken off that was convenient and easier to.monitor spins ..please put it back ...3rd complaint make earning coins easier 2 hours to wait is a long time ...make the challenges easier...bring back spin hold and give us a break on free coins ...look at my monthly buying coins i spend a lot give us a break and make it fun not frustrating ! Hey Zynga, did you know that Tropic Escape has a recent exploit/ hack where anyone using an Android can receive unlimited free coins and gems? I'm doing the Cruise Ship right now. My club has an average level 31 and we are competing with level 80 Diamonds. Please make the game FAIR for everyone or start losing revenue. You have a reputation for ignoring your customers, you know, the people that play your games.
Please, get your act together.

I was playing the game and all the sudden it cut off an said my account was permanently suspended to to breaking policy rules. But I'm not breaking any rules. Just playing like I'm supposed to be. Please have them fix the issue because this is my favorite game and the only thing that gets me through the long days dealing with my chemotherapy. Thank you and god bless.

The only reason I play this game is it gives me mindfulness for my mental health and I love cars.
Plus I'm the leader of a top 200 team.
Great feat but this game has many issues.
I started using this game in January & from day one I had gameplay issues. Especially in live races. My gameplay has been spoiled by live race connection, it can take up to 3 hours to do one set of keys you win in live races. You need these keys to purchase parts & spin for cars. Without them there is no point in playing the game.
The game double loads & synchronises. When this happens during you claiming rewards or stripping cars for parts, you never know what you have been rewarded.
It's a free game but I have to buy in to play the game with the crew. Must of spent around £100 on this game. Just so I could help the crew achieve rewards, like silver keys.
I have reported these issues & many more. I was given some legal stuff, an apology and a thanks in return for being patient.
I have been patient since January, been reassured by the game that all my issues are being looked into, be patient and we will get back to you.
On 3 occasions I was given back some losses due to the game issues. Very gracious but for a game that has terrible live gameplay. Apple can't connect to android. I only keep playing because I'm in a crew, it brings me mindfulness and the reassurance that matters were going to to be fixed by the games employees.
I waited & played on. Waiting for the day the issues would be fixed & I would be reimbursed for my losses due to the games glitches.
Now I have played on all through that, then one day a issue happens. I report it, they agree with it. Give me a fraction of my time & money in game rewards.
But now it's bad, the game is a rip off. I had 700 silver keys which I bought & earned with hours of playing. These silver keys win you cars but you keep them for a prestige cup that they give you.
Now I wish I could screenshot the messages about this issue. The prestige cup required you to have a SRT Hellcat, I have one. But the prestige cups states to take part in it you needed the SRT Hellcat LB. This was not the case, the normal hellcat was all you needed.
I had just spent 700 silver keys trying to get the LB Hellcat for no reason but another issue with game. Absolutely nothing do do with me. The paying customer who is patiently waiting for his issues to be fixed, who been waiting since January to be reimbursed with my reward losses due to game issues.
They admitted to the mistake, I naturally reported wasting 700 silver keys and they admitted others wasted their keys too. I wish I could put screenshots up to show.
They will not help anyone who have been affected by this. To get 700 silver keys takes a lot of time & money.
This is the final nail in the coffin, how can you delete all my messages in support & basically say tough. Your not getting any of your money back, rewards or the 700 wasted silver keys you earned & paid for.
I feel like I've just been led on for months with their reassurances that I will be rewarded & the issues would be fixed. Especially the live which works when it wants to.
Total rip off and definitely degrading. The support is terrible and if you lose out due to game issues, you are not getting them back. If you do it's a fraction of what you lost.
If you play this game, DO NOT PUMP ANY MONEY INTO IT. What is the point if support leads you on and you lose out due to game issues.
Cool cars but the game play is terrible just like the customer service. Very quick at taking your money and trying to cover it with legal rubbish.

Why have you deleted all my messages again and now denying that I lost any 700 silver keys. Even though I have screen shots of you saying you did to me and other customers.
What are you trying to hide?

This game will rip you off, the game has a problem, it's pretty much tough. You won't get what the game took from me.

On 6 July 2018 I attempted to purchase £18.00 BRITISH POUNDS, worth of Farm Bucks on the Zynga Platform. Twice the sheep came up with ERROR TRY AGAIN LATER. So I switched to Facebook and completed the purchase. On returning to the Zynga platform I found that I had been charged three separate amounts of £18.00. I was immediately able to cancel the Face Book transaction but could not cancel one of the Zynga transactions. There was obviously an IT issue with Zynga and so after numerous emails I am still out of pocket to the tune of £18.00. I was always willing to pay one lot of £18.00 but who in their right mind would buy 3 separate lots of FB for the same amount in succession. I have provided all information to Zynga and get the same pathetic response every time but this time, he couldn't even spell my name correctly.

I would rather you let us retrieve all the spins we collect rather than remove charms.
Its very frustrating when you invite several people to play yet when they send us spins we lose more of them than we collect. I have enjoyed playing hit it rich but really tired of not getting ahead even when I purchase coins. Seriously thinking of removing and moving on to another slot game.

I spent my entire day and many resources on this event and you gave me a titan with 3 critical skills on the same unit. I know you have given other customers replacement titans in this situation. AND not only did you give me 3 skills but 3 critical. Even 2 critical skills is a waste. You had posted that this was no longer possible to get 3, well it is. And I'm not complaining that the other titan who also has duplicate skills because it's 2 which is acceptable (shouldn't be but is).

Please just give me a theros that has actually random skills. I feel I wasted my entire day.

I am complaining about a decision that has been which has resulted in almost 4000 keys being taken away from me.
They are saying that there has been irregular play on my account but will not tell me what I have actually done

hi... lately, we were having problems in adding friends because our "invite friends" button is disabled and there is no "add friends" spot right after the last member of our co-op... we have been facing difficulties in achieveing our marie's gial because some of our current members are not actively participating...

On the 26th June, 2018, I purchased 2 x $7.99 worth of keys. I never received this purchase. I tried again on the 28th June, 2018; and placed a purchase of 1 x $7.99. Once AGAIN I did not receive the items I purchased. That now amounts to 3 x $7.99 worth of keys I am owed. I have restarted the game multiple times, to no avai. This amounts to stealing and I am not impressed. I request to be either reimbursed for my purchases or to have the purchased keys credited to my FarmVille 2 account.

I installed the latest update

As enjoy the game and spend loads of money on the game
I encountered a problem within the game
So contacted support who advised i uninstall and reinstall the game again for a quick fix

Thus resulted in my profile being lost and unable to restore
I then contacted support with my in game id

Rank id number of original account and new account so they can restore my account

This was some time ago now and customer support has not responded

So a pure lack of customer support and im not the only player with these issues since new update seen over 9000 members saying game data missing crashed or lost

The csr 2 team amongst the communities are known as slow motion gaming and resulting in alot of 1 star reveiws

I have played this game for some time now and watch how badly this game cheats it's players the number generator is flawed it pick who wins I believe that those who buy from zynga get a hold ge advantage and theatre not Mierzwiak generator give the cards to those player, I have also noticed on a very large number of games when the other player goes out the card your are waiting for is thrown away, I believe this is a cheat again given to players who buy from this company so that hey have the advantage and win the pots... this is a pure rip off to players the game is not fair.. case in point I have lost as many as 50games n a row with no wins, I have lost a very large number of games that the last card thrown was the ne I was waiting for.. this can only be if the game cheats.. this company needs to be banned from make no games and should be sued from falsifying the game and cheating the players.. the App Store should take all of zynga's games off there site and force zynga to pay every player for cheating no them

My Facebook profile picture has been changed to a bot. I pay a lot of money to play as myself not a donkeys [censor]. Please put my Facebook profile picture back up so my friends will recognize me.otherwise refund my damn money. For the past four hours I've been trying to contact you to correct this problem with no response. I had planned to play poker instead. Please correct this [censor] now. I'm [censor] pissed. I spent 500 dollars last night alone

I place a in app purchasing for the game spades plus for 50.00 dollars and it was not delivered to my game account . I have contacted customer service and they asked me to send them a screen shot receipt of my purchase, and I did many times. The problem still haves not been fixed. Zynga repeatedly sends me a email asking for a screen shot receipt after I have sent it may times.

I had 45 billion chips and when I logged back into my account I was down to 7 billion. I claimed my rewards and those balanced did not add as well. I have sent numerous emails and have tried calling support to no success. I would like my chips back please. I have deposited way too much to just have my chips disappear. I await your speedy reply... Many Thanks
