Over the past 12 years i have played zynag poker on and off, totalling nearly 400,000 hands. I have seen bots come and go and players with unlimited chips attacking established players.. The benefit is of course to zynga and reptitive payments made by people like me (approx 30k spent in last 12 months) where zynga puts everything else last, except for the welfare of itself. . Its an albanian paradise, the programing all suits to donkey play and losses in the vicinity of 30k in 12 months could well be rife and common place..
Claimed loss: zynga refused to give me my buyers daata when i applied 2 weeks ago ie about 25/05/2025, so an exact amount over the lifetime of zynag over 12 years or so is unknown and they are not sharing that data with those who want it.
Desired outcome: repaid monies in full for last 12 months only

This complaints board has got their heads up zyngas [censored], not even knowing the true HOUSE RAKE theft from EVERY Hand, over 40% sometimes but the complaints board says Zynga is a reputable company, who has been refused casino licenses from the get go because of integrity and targeted AI algorthyms, aimed to make EVERYONE lose...its outrageous and the complaints board should resign on that basis, as inept and complicit with criminals who steal and call themselves a company...
Your previous purchase data should be available in the your Apple Store account. I found all previous Zynga in game purchases along with any apps downloaded from Apple purchases are kept there. Go to your profile and you’ll be able to pull it up. Don’t wait for Zynga. They’ll do nothing.
