I bought 6 million Gold to do spins, which cost me nearly £500.

I did my spins from the gold at 50k per spin after doing this I gained 7 trillion. I then came offline went back on a few hours later and my account was restricted to 1 to 2mil tables only and I couldn't join any buddies.

I then emailed Zynga as was unsure why this happened to be told it was nothing to worry about it was just the game design and sometimes happens to make the games fair.

1 week later after playing 1 to 2 mil tables my account is then suspended for 6 months for violation and my account says 0 so my chips have been taken by Zynga.

I'm also a VIP member as I'm nearly white diamond and iv been asking for many weeks to speak with a VIP member of staff and again this was ignored.

I have not transferred any chips as

1. I'm locked to very small tables.

2. I couldn't join any buddies.

3. Why would I spend £500 in real money to give it away.

4. I have not been abusive to any players as I don't speak at tables just say "nice hand or great move"

NO Violation was mentioned in my first email after purchasing and being restricted just it sometimes happens.

Iv also asked for proof of the violation and not been giving it.

YOUR EMPLOYEE changed MY poker ante to the 50 MILLION per hand table and NOT the table "I normally" play which is 250/500 or the 500/1000. The other issue with this is "I" can NO LONGER CHANGE the amount " I " want to play! It is FROZEN at the 50 Million table and " I " can NOT change it to ANY OTHER AMOUNT! So, YOUR EMPLOYEE has STOLEN MY POKER ACCOUNT! My next move is contacting the corporate office and registering a complaint!

I have played Spades Plus for 4 years. In the beginning they give you awesome hands, to make you think you are good at this game. I have done reasonably well till now. A week ago they forced a minimum bet if 50,000 in order to play. This week they raised the minimum bet to 250,000. My decent hands I used to get, are GONE. I have been teamed with scammer after scammer. And, I put a complaint in about a vulgar message, Sent to me. Never a reply. They player is still allowed to play. Not sure why? Game has gone down hill in fairness.

A vulgar comment was made to me. And I mean VERY vulgar! I reported ,along with keeping original message. Nothing was done. He is still able to play. He is Not my friend, but because he messaged me, I can see how many games he has played. Can't believe they allow this. Again, I do have the original message he set. It shows his name, games played and stats. I have reported his behavior to 3/4 different times. Not one response. I will be glad to send you his nasty message.

Rigged 4 Betting Enticement IMPOSSIBLE Hands

Let's start with some facts...60+ years of Poker & 40+ years in computers...This game is one of the most rigged operations I have ever seen.

Virtually IMPOSSIBLE hands in play. Community Full Houses, Flushes, Str8 Flushes, 4 of a Kinds, and more. Totally infested with bots, fraudulent chip sellers and many more. Scam players with totally impossible statistics...I.E. $27T in bank, biggest win of $80T and has only played 300 hands and only won 60 hands, WITH a Royal Flush as High hand!

I'll give ONE example of just ONE of the hands I have got scammed on...AA in the hole, A2K on the flop, K on the Turn...I'm sitting on a AAAKK facing ONE! 2, betting like a fool and this yahoo is matching and raising me...Over $2T in the pot and the river is another 2! Go in for another TRILLION facing 2 2's with a AAAKK FH and guess what..this joker is sitting on a pair of 2's! THIS IS JUST ONE of HUNDREDS! of examples of this kind of hand that I have lost TRILLIONS & TRILLIONS & TRILLIONS on! The ONLY ONE card that can beat me just MIRACULOUSLY APPEARS! And I've watched the exact same scenario unfold for countless other players! And these jokers just happen to pop in for 4 or 5 hands and follow the same betting pattern REPEATEDLY!

They claim their RNG (Random Number Generator) is "fair and rated by a gaming organization"...Well...I've written RNG's in DOS/IBM360 Assembler language over 40 years ago...it's almost impossible to do properly. One thing I have observed CONSISTENTLY is the occurrence of EVEN numbered cards that always show up...[protected]'s. I have had that very combination of [protected] between my hole cards and/or community cards an IMPOSSIBLY HIGH number of times...I have also observed an absolute opposite amount of occurrences of odd numbered cards...-3-5-7-9's. This gets back to the way RNG's work and why it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to build a TRUE RNG! This game is NOT fair!

Their VIP scam is also a joke. I have been told to let my VIP Rep know about purchases so they can do all this miraculous service for me and don't get squat! They say they can only "match" chip purchases and not Gold purchases...EXCUSE ME? CASH IS CASH IS CASH! You're selling a nebulous product that has NO intrinsic value but because I don't buy a certain category of their product, I don't get ANYTHING!

This is possibly the biggest fraudulent game I have ever seen...and I've seen just about all of them after 40+ years...A class action lawsuit needs to be filed with INDEPENDENT reviewer's going into the nut's and bolt's of their gaming code, review of all their billings, how many fake player accounts there are, how many illegal chip sellers there are, and show what a scam this is.

I was being hacked so I changed my email address. Vip csr2 team asked me what email address I was using immediately after telling them. The blocked my vip this corrupted thr game save. They then spent 2 years lying to me and then they finally offered me a deal with out any purchases. So now my old I'd is corrupted but can work with a renewed vip access and for this I'd to then take all my work and all my money. And I get nothing. As whya the gave me pales in comparison to the 12 years of achievements ams purchases are now causing me hassle now as they game has evolved but my evolution in the game has bee. Stolen conned theft. What eve you want to call it its a con. And a breach data protection as they messed it up. And a brexh of banking laws by taking my. Only then taking the purchases back also

Hackers cheating you out of bets, running 6.0 seconds vs your 12 sec half mile. These cars shouldn't even be in this class of matchups. Support will offer you a nickel's worth of compensation in the form of 120 gold coins if you happen to get lucky. They'll claim to fix issues in order to make themselves look good. Ads for pips has been broken for the 3 months I played. Ads won't close, or have x that will bring you to install an app you don't want. Support will tell you they can't do anything about the ads not working because they are a third party responsibility. Than they'll tell you they are working on it, offering nothing in return. The prices for parts and upgrades come in all forms and there is no way of knowing what to save for future upgrades. This is followed with time limits to come up with tokens, coins, cash, and etc. I've created another profile to see if these things could be done within time limits without spending money. You basically could not sleep or stop playing because I couldn't even come close to finishing before time was up. I had made it into the top 100 crews, so if you question my RP, let me tell you it's not possible.

In game add one. I installed this game on the day you released it. And I spent over £7000. Well three Augusta ago I was asked which email address I was currently using for csr2 vip I told them [protected]@gmail.com almost immediately I couldn’t play. Then I was given the run around for two years until they agreed something was wrong with my I’d login. In fact that because the vip team blocked my vip status that made an anomaly in my save locking me out of the server. Anyway. They deceived me and stated that they were only giving me what they stated. And none of my purchases made since you lunched this game. Now I want either all monies spent on the add ons. Or all add ins reissued or we go to court for cyber crimes against me by the people who work for you

About six times this past year, I've been charged for a $20 stack of coins. I did not purchase any coins, and I did not receive the coins. I only know about the purchase because a notification is sent to my email. The charge goes to my credit card (Apple) and I have to request a refund. I always get refunded, however, it really bugs me that the app just takes my money like that. I've contacted Zynga - and they will focus on a one-time charge but not on the repeated problem. I want someone to figure out why they keep charging me randomly and stop it.

while playing words with friends, if you are a person of color, they constantly give you all the u, a, t, r, e, and o's, making sure you cant make a words, sometimes its all vowels and no letters, and other times is all letter and no vowels, and they dont record your score, ive played words and my score wouldnt even change, and its not just me, others i have talk too say the same thing, i had alot of cousins playing they all quit because of the way they are treated on this game.

Where the Hello are our free coins. They only give players free coins every few days.

Take-Two Interactive is the owner. Players should file class action suit for rotten customer service. People complain about NO Free coins and Zynga doesn't even bother responding on the Facebook page.

Zynga removed all my chips gold and tickets. 33.1 trillion chips 333,867 gold 37,871 tickets. First they said i bought them illegally. I have receipts they were bought from the Zynga store. So now its I'm selling them, my chip balance indicates otherwise. They change again inappropriate game play and say they have evidence of me doing terrible things. I ask what are they referring to. They refuse to say or provide any proof of wrong doing. They continue to accuse me of several different things constantly changing their minds. It's hard to keep track. I have never breached their rules and all my chips and gold are legally paid for. I have proof of purchase. Those chips cost a lot of money. Its theft. Attached is just one receipt

The game had a glitch. It opened all land areas available. I started cleaning it up with +- 17 keys which I had and moved my workshops around and unto all the available land.

When I logged on again, it locked all my equipment/workshops with the land that was available.

I have not visited any farm. The only mistake I made was to move my workshops unto the glitch which opened all land.

Please return my workshops aswell as my spades.

When I went to bed last night I had 13.13 million coins. When I started to play this afternoon I had 689,750 coins. What happened to my coins? I am on S.S. and don't have the money to pay for coins I can't use. It also says I have played 157 games. I have not played that many! I lost my account a couple of months ago and had to start all over. I had not even reached 100 games. What is going on with Spades Plus? Get it straight! I'm 78 years old and like to get what I pay for and feel like I am being used.

As noted below, on Oct 23 made a purchase for more than a trillion coins. They showed up in my playing total for about 30 hours and then just simply disappeared. Where did they go and either how can they be restored or a refund provided?

After requesting help with my game profile reflecting more than negative $2 Billion, support intervened but in doing so my in-game cash of more than $49 Million was reset to $0. Any races won, cars sold, milestones completed, where in-game cash is awarded, I receive nothing and in-game cash remains $0. I can no longer upgrade nor add fusion parts which would allow me to complete goals. If I continue playing I will soon be unable to advance performance of any cars and the game will be fruitless. I have been requesting help but support doesn’t acknowledge that they are unable to resolve. Each time I reach out for help I get the standard repeated messages from them but nothing has changed since September.

Hit it rich no longer gives players their free coins on a daily basis. We have not gotten free coins in days. I have played this game as long as I have been on fb — maybe close to 10 years.

Now they won't do their duty and give players a fair shot. Zynga is crooked. I want to file a class action lawsuit against them.

They are cheating us. Giving us links for daily coins only they go to their place where we must buy coins with real money. This is crooked.
