They sent their device out quick enough, but within three months it wasn't working. I called and called and called before finally getting through to someone that could help. They sent out replacement parts, but within another month... you guessed it! The device was again broken! This time I called every other day for ten days and I'm still waiting for a call back. I wouldn't deal with Zynex Medical again if you paid me! Their device is for pain management. with my device not functioning properly, I'm left in pain, and it seems Zynex could care less.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response. It's pretty apparent you people don't care about your customers at all, and I wouldn't except an apology anyway. An apology might make you feel better, but it does absolutely nothing for me in this situation.
