Zumiez review: Sent wrong items ( 2 comments)

I bought 3 items from this website, Zumiez.com. I was looking on the internet for the cheapest price of a pair of sunglasses I wanted. Zumiez.com had the cheapest price. While on the site, I noticed they had a "buy 1, get 1 50% off" sale on denim. So I saw they had my favorite jeans in a different color than I had (RVCA Chevy's).

When I received the package a week or so later, the first thing I did was opened the sunglasses. And wow, the wrong pair, another pair called Von Zipper Decco's came out of a box that said "Von Zipper Comsat. So I immediately snapped pictures and sent them to zumiez. They did nothing about it. So I contacted Paypal and filed a complaint. It's been a month and a half and NOTHING has been resolved. I even upped the complaint to a "dispute."

I put the jeans in the wash because I wanted to wear the Chevy's later. Low and behold, when I got my laundry out of the dryer I noticed they DIDNT even send me Chevy's. They sent me RVCA Regulars instead. They are pretty much the same jeans, but they don't stretch. They're reply was, oh well, you already washed them so we won't do anything to help you.

2 out of 3 items were wrong in an order that was almost $200. Those RVCA Regulars don't fit so they're no good. STAY FAR AWAY FROM ZUMIEZ.COM, unless you like being robbed by people that DON'T care.
