Zips Car Wash review: A member and the wash I pay for was not given this day

I drove through the wash cave and there was no soap on either the 1st or the 2nd usual soaping.
Water, did not wash the vehicle, came out as bad as it was going in. There was just dust on the vehicle.
It was so bad that the streak marks from the mop used to soap the front and rear windows were still on the vehicle after the run through.
This is not the first time that this has happened to us.
Plenty of people sitting on their behinds out of the sun. Maybe they needed to do something to rectify the problem.
