Zera Jewels Never received my order

Placed an order in July and here it is November and my order still has not shipped. Emailed customer service only for them to just say they're backed up with orders. It's going on 5 months since my order has been placed and they are refusing to refund me even though my order has not been shipped. How is that acceptable? At this point, I feel like I've been scammed and will be reporting to my bank to get my money back.
