they don't exist?
Similar story like many other people had. They shipped me a wrong item, so I attempted to get in touch with them. But they never picked up the phone and answered none of my emails. You know, behavior like this looks very suspicious. Like you're hiding and avoiding customers because you fail often. I have no idea of how to get my money back and what to do with a defective item. I would ship it back, but only if made sense. I am afraid they will not stop ignoring me.

Hello. I have ordered some jewelry from this website BodyJewelry about three weeks ago and haven't received it yet. They promised quick delivery but nothing yet arrived so I'm kind of worried. I tried to get in touch with customer service but for some reason they did not reply. I would like to know where my order is and when will it arrive. I ordered it as a birthday present for a dear friend of mine, so it's really important for me to get it on time. Thank you.
Bad experience
I have ordered a product from www.bodyjewelry.com as a present for a dear friend of mine and several days later they contacted me and said that my order was not in stock so they were not able to deliver it.
I emailed customer service about my refund, but there was no reply. Then I called them and spoke to one of their reps which promised I'll get my refund as soon as possible. It actually took them over two weeks to refund me.
In my opinion BodyJewelry not the best place to shop, I would not recommend it to anyone.
