They do not let you refund it if doesn't fit or anyother reason, even if you return it within 30 days. They SAY that they will let you refund it when you buy it, but they will not give a refund to your card, they will only "refund" it to store credit. And there is NOTHING else on their store that I would even be caught dead in... so it's a wasted $209 for ONE item! RIP OFF!

So, I decided to give ZCrave a try and placed an order on February 27th. I was really excited to receive my package, but a whole month passed and I still hadn't received it. I was getting really frustrated, so I decided to reach out to them through email. Every time I spoke to someone, they told me that my package was caught up in customs here in the US. But, according to the tracking information, it was still in their country. They even tried to blame the Coronavirus for the delay, which I thought was really unprofessional.

Fast forward to today, April 15th, and the tracking information is now saying "return to sender" when the package never even arrived to the US or to me. I am beyond disappointed with this company and their terrible customer service. I feel like they lied to me multiple times and I still haven't received my package or a full refund.

I have been telling everyone I know not to do business with ZCrave until they give me my full refund. This company is garbage and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. It's really frustrating when you spend your hard-earned money on something and it never arrives. I hope that they can fix their issues and improve their customer service in the future.
