I gotta say, Saiontz & Kirk, P.A. is pretty awesome. They helped me out big time and I couldn't be happier. They answered all my questions and gave me info I never even thought about. They kept in touch with me the whole way through. I'm super thankful for this law firm and I totally recommend them to anyone who needs their help.

Best attorneys ever... they put me first and helped me get all the medical I needed. They made sure I was okay before they even started a claim for me. Yes, it was a long process and yes, they kept me in the loop each and every step of the way. They took all the stress off me and got me a very fair settlement. I 100% recommend them to anyone injured in an accident.

They took my case back in October, after my business was accepted and I went to the chiropractor. You don't hear back from them, you have to do all the legwork to get something done. When you leave messages, they never call back, and out of several emails, you may get 1 vague reply from your case worker. I would like a call back or see if I can get my case transferred elsewhere.

Saiontz & Kirk did an amazing job with my case. They worked on my uninsured motorist claim right away. They answered all my questions quickly and helped me get the medical care I needed after the terrible accident. I really liked how they kept me informed throughout the whole process. I was grateful for the follow-up on my medical care. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs legal representation.

It took a whole year and more to tell me I don't have a case when I could have talked to another lawyer. This law firm took my case based on cancer in my intestine caused by a recalled medication. I discovered the cancer in 11 and contacted this firm in 2019. I had to wait until 11 to speak to someone who said they can't file my case with the courts due to the wording. Whose job is that? I know I have cancer because of this drug, so what am I supposed to do now? It might be too late to file a case. They also said it's too late to join a class action suit.

Me and my 4 kids got hit from behind, and this other law firm didn't wanna help my kids with the insurance stuff. So, I called these guys. They said they'd find us a doctor, but the one they sent us to was a lazy and shady chiropractor. Didn't do much except make things worse. I told the law firm, but they told me to keep going to this doc. They didn't do anything about my case, so now I got a bunch of medical bills piling up. They stopped talking to me altogether. When I said I might complain, they finally called and said they'd fix things and lower my fees. But when I asked for proof or updates, they just ignored me some more. So, I fired them. But they wouldn't stop representing me and refused to give back important papers. It's pretty clear they make money from the doctor visits, so it's a conflict of interest. They didn't even talk to my claims adjuster. All they cared about was me sticking with their doc.

They didn't tell me everything about their legal process and gave me wrong information. In January , I was in a car accident with four cars, and it wasn't my fault. I trusted Saiontz & Kirk to represent me legally. I should have known something was wrong when they only communicated through text or email. I got a concussion and neck injuries, and my car was completely damaged. I didn't cause the accident, and I was told that the person who hit me would be responsible for my injuries. They advertise that "if we don't win your case you pay nothing," but I didn't know I would be in a situation with a company that wasn't connected to my insurance. They should have told me and given me better legal advice. They told me to go to Premier Orthopedics for rehabilitation, and I followed their advice. I gave them my insurance card on my first visit, like I would for any medical service. I had to keep emailing Mr. Andrew N from Saiontz & Kirk to get updates on my case. It often took weeks to get a response, and I only received a phone call once or twice. They never told me that I would have to pay for my injuries from the accident. All they focused on was getting money from the insurance company. I didn't find out until January that the person who hit me sent a letter in July saying they wouldn't pay for my injuries. I asked the lawyers why they didn't tell me and why I never got any bills from Premier Orthopedics. When they realized the insurance company wouldn't pay, they didn't want to represent me anymore, even though I had the option to go to a higher court. Now I have a bill of $4027.22 from Premier that I just found out about. I never got any payment for an accident that wasn't my fault, and I had bad legal representation for this medical bill. Lastly, this pandemic has affected everyone's lives, and it's awful to know that I was taken advantage of. I want the medical bill paid and an explanation for why this happened. I'm a hardworking single parent, and I would never get medical treatment if I knew my insurance wouldn't cover it. I wouldn't have signed any waivers if I knew the consequences. I was legally misrepresented throughout this whole ordeal.

Their slogan is a joke. This company ain't professional at all, they manipulate and lie to their clients and treat us like we're just a number, not a real client. On 6/10, I had a car accident that wrecked my car and left me injured. I was working as a *** driver full-time back then. Someone I know recommended this company, so I hired them the day after my accident on 6/11. At first, it seemed like they were on top of things and keeping me updated on my case's progress and what I needed to do for the settlement. But after about a week, I realized I was just another number to them. I would call, email, leave voicemails for my contact person, and wouldn't hear back for days or even weeks. And when I finally did get a response, the paralegal was rude and distant when I talked to him. He acted like he didn't care, which made me upset. After not hearing from this person for a while and being left out of the loop about my part in the process and what I needed to do, I called and demanded to speak to his boss. I left a message for her. She called me back and apologized for his behavior and assigned me to another paralegal. She was nicer than the first person, but I soon ran into a similar situation. So I emailed Eric S to tell him about my bad experience and said I was thinking about hiring another company to represent me. About a day later, Carl S called me. He seemed sympathetic and sorry for what I had gone through so far. He updated me on everything I needed to know, answered my questions, and promised that going forward, things would be more informative, professional, and considerate. He even gave me his personal cell number. So I felt a bit better after that call. He also introduced me to Sara S, their settlement resolution analyst. She was the only one who really went above and beyond for me. But Carl's promises didn't last long. After a week or two, I had to reach out to them because I was getting calls from creditors and my landlord, and I needed advice on how to respond. But most of the time, my pleas for help went unanswered until I sent an angry email or text. Then I would finally get a response. It got so bad that one creditor took me to court and got a judgment against me because nobody from the company contacted them to confirm that they were representing me. They only stepped in and paid off the balance after I went to court and the judge ruled in the creditor's favor. Now I have a judgment on my credit report. I was on temporary disability until August, so I couldn't work, and I fell behind on everything. My credit score dropped a lot, and I couldn't find a job. They also asked me to write a statement about how the accident affected my life and provide copies of my monthly income as a self-employed person. They made me believe that I would be reimbursed for the 9 months of lost income, the cost of my wrecked car, my medical expenses from the accident, and my pain and suffering. They even said I should get my settlement by Christmas. But I didn't. After 9 months of being ignored, I got a letter and a call from Carl S saying I would only get half of what I expected. Then they told me to file for bankruptcy to get rid of my remaining debts, including rent! I said no way! But after some negotiating, we settled for a minimal amount. Carl then told me how much I would get after his fee and other approved debts were paid. It was only $2k, not enough to buy another car. But then he called me back and said he made a mistake and that I would actually get $17k, and he would only charge me $10k. But when I got the paperwork, his fee was listed as $12k. When I asked him about it, he said $10k was what he quoted initially. So he lied to me. They don't care about the client. They only care about themselves.
