Aderez

I recently bought some jewelry from Aderez, and honestly, it wasn't what they promised. I'm starting to think that they aren't even from South Carolina, despite what their website claims. It was a pain trying to return the items because the return address was all the way in Dubai. Ugh, what a hassle. I suggest looking elsewhere for your jewelry needs. Save yourself the trouble.

i had a really bad experience with aderez.com. i ordered some clothes, but they ended up being way too small. when i called to try and return them, i kept getting hung up on! it was super frustrating, and now i'm stuck with these tiny clothes and out $150. seriously, do not order from this company if you don't want to deal with a huge hassle.

So I gotta tell you about this website called Aderez, man. I recently ordered two tops from their website and man, was I disappointed. After waiting a whole month for my tops to arrive, they didn't even fit me right! So, I decided to try and return them. But, oh boy, it hasn't been easy. I've been getting nothing but roadblocks. I've tried emailing their customer service, but still haven't received a response. I dropped them a message on their social media page, but still no response. I even tried calling them, but wouldn't you know it, nobody answers the phone! Man, I spent a whopping $100.00 on these tops and now I'm stuck with them. Can anyone out there help me? Aderez is one company with a really confusing size chart. It's like they did it in a language no one understands. When they ship their products, they don't look like the beautiful pics on the website. It's a real letdown.

Don't even bother with returns, because even if they have a policy that you can return it, they won't honor it. I tried to return something and they only offered me a measly $12 when I spent $97. What a joke!

I feel like they shouldn't even be doing business in the US if they can't follow their own policies. So just be careful with this one.

So, I threw down $85 for three things I was pretty stoked about from Aderez.com. But then, surprise surprise, I got a notification from my bank about a foreign charge. Now, I'm not a dummy, and I know that Aderez is supposedly based in North Carolina. So what gives?
Anyway, I got my goodies and I'm not totally satisfied. The sweater is bomb, but the other two items kinda sucked. They were crazy thin and felt like they were made out of cheap materials. Honestly, my disappointment in my purchases was so strong I didn't even bother trying to return them. It was just not worth the effort.
All in all, I'll just take this L and chalk it up to a lesson learned. I'm not super psyched about the quality of what I got, but at least I know to be more careful in the future.

Aderez.com is a clothing site that claims to make their clothes in South Carolina, but beware! The tags on their clothes say "made in China" and the packages even arrive from China. I ordered a dress that didn't fit and had a zipper on it that was attached to a sweater for some unknown reason. When I contacted Aderez about the issues I had with my purchase, they only offered me a measly 9 dollar refund for a dress that cost me 50 dollars. I was extremely disappointed in their customer service and will not be purchasing from them again. I even made a complaint about Aderez on Facebook so others would know about my experience. Lesson learned.
