So, I got this dress from Aderez a couple of weeks back. It was supposed to be perfect, but after trying it on, I realized something was off about the neckline. It wasn't fitting well and was irritating me big time. I was really disappointed, so I decided to send it back.

Now, the instructions said I needed authorization from Customer Service to make the return. And boy, oh boy! That's where the trouble started. I have sent four messages to them, but they have not replied to any. I'm feeling really frustrated and don't know what to do.

Finally, I get this message from them offering me fifteen dollars to keep the dress. I mean, come on! I don't want fifteen dollars, I want a dress that fits!

Anyway, long story short, I'm never ordering from this company again. Their customer service is terrible, and they don't care about their customers' satisfaction. Stay away from Aderez, folks!

Aderez.com is just a bad website in every sense of the word. I mean, their clothes are so badly made that you'd think they were stitched together in someone's backyard by an amateur using a sewing machine from the 80s. And if you think that's all, wait till you hear this - their clothes run so small that if you order an XXL (like I did), you'd be lucky to find someone who can fit into it if they're even just a size 14.

But wait, there's more! If you're somehow able to wear their clothes despite all that, you'll find that they don't even look like the pictures on their website. I ordered four tops worth a whopping $150 only to find out that one of them looks like someone painted pixels all over it with a low-quality brush. They call it gold, but it looks more like brown and white squares to me.

And if all that weren't enough, getting a refund from them is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. I've been going back and forth with them for ages, and they just keep giving me the runaround. I've come to the conclusion that you'd be better off setting your money on fire than spending it on this website.

Aderez is a company that I truly regret having made a purchase from. They claim that all of their products are made and shipped from South Carolina, but I quickly found out that this is nothing but a bald-faced lie. Their products are actually made and shipped from China, which completely goes against what they advertise. When I reached out to them over email to ask for authorization to return the items, they only provided me with a pitiful refund of one-quarter the purchase price and wanted me to keep the items. I was not satisfied with this resolution and insisted that I return the items for a full refund. This resulted in a back-and-forth of ten emails, only for them to tell me that their address is located in Dubai.

I am truly disappointed as this was a complete waste of time and money. The only reason why they seem to have good reviews is that they censor all negative feedback. It is a downright disgusting and shameful tactic to deceive people into buying their products. If you value your time and money, I would highly recommend that you steer clear of Aderez. They are nothing but a group of untrustworthy frauds and liars.

To make matters worse, their site says they're actually based in the United States, with a warehouse in South Carolina. But the packaging says the items were made in China, not in South Carolina like the site says.

All in all, not impressed with Aderez. They need to get their act together and stop misrepresenting stuff on their site. It's not fair to us consumers.

Aderez is one company with a really confusing size chart. It's like they did it in a language no one understands. When they ship their products, they don't look like the beautiful pics on the website. It's a real letdown.

Don't even bother with returns, because even if they have a policy that you can return it, they won't honor it. I tried to return something and they only offered me a measly $12 when I spent $97. What a joke!

I feel like they shouldn't even be doing business in the US if they can't follow their own policies. So just be careful with this one.

So, I threw down $85 for three things I was pretty stoked about from Aderez.com. But then, surprise surprise, I got a notification from my bank about a foreign charge. Now, I'm not a dummy, and I know that Aderez is supposedly based in North Carolina. So what gives?
Anyway, I got my goodies and I'm not totally satisfied. The sweater is bomb, but the other two items kinda sucked. They were crazy thin and felt like they were made out of cheap materials. Honestly, my disappointment in my purchases was so strong I didn't even bother trying to return them. It was just not worth the effort.
All in all, I'll just take this L and chalk it up to a lesson learned. I'm not super psyched about the quality of what I got, but at least I know to be more careful in the future.
