I gotta say, I ain't too pleased with FansKiks. I done ordered me some stuff from 'em a couple weeks back and ain't got no shipping info yet. And lemme tell ya, tryna get a straight answer outta customer service is like trying to herd cats! They won't let me cancel my order or give me my money back, so now I'm out 69 big ones. It's just plain ol' sad, you know? Makes me so dang mad and disappointed that this kinda thing's happenin'.

I have to say, I wouldn't recommend FansKiks (fanskiks.com) to anyone who is thinking about buying shoes online. I made the mistake of ordering from them and it turned out to be a total scam. I mean, just take a look at their website - can you find a phone number or physical address anywhere? Nope. That should have been my first red flag.

Anyway, I placed my order and they took my credit card details and money straight away. But then, nothing. The shoes didn't arrive - not even a dispatch notification. Of course, I tried to contact them using the "Contact Us" page, but that was just a dead-end. No one got back to me.

What's worse, is that they promise delivery in 5-7 days on their website. But that's a complete lie - they don't even ship anything out, let alone get it delivered within that timeframe. It's just a way to make you feel like they're a legitimate company when they really aren't.

So there you have it. I wish I had read some reviews before placing my order because now I'm out of pocket and have no shoes to show for it. Do yourself a favor and avoid FansKiks at all costs. It's just not worth the risk.

I should have known better than to trust an online store I'd never heard of before, but I went for it anyway and wound up regretting it big time. If you're thinking about buying something from Fanskiks, take my advice and look elsewhere.

I ordered some runners for my nephew who is living in the UK. I made a bit of a blooper and put in his UK size instead of the equivalent US size. It wasn't until the runners were delivered to him in the UK that we realised the size predicament. However, when I explained our conundrum to FansKiks, they made it right by sending over another pair for free. My nephew cherished the runners (as did I) but he was even more fond of the store for being so nice to send over another pair all the way to the UK.

I recently purchased a product from FansKiks and I must say, I was quite disappointed with their services. The product that arrived was not what I was expecting and the customer service was not helpful at all.

Firstly, let me tell you about the returns process. If you receive a product that you are not satisfied with, be warned that returning it is a nightmare. The products are shipped all the way from China, and if you wish to return it, you are required to pay for the expensive shipping costs to Canada. Additionally, FansKiks charges a 15% restocking fee which I found absurd. Such high charges for returning a product that was not as promised is completely unfair.

Now, let me tell you about the product itself. The product was advertised as being KC Chiefs, but upon arrival, I discovered that it wasn't KC Chiefs at all! It only said 'KANSAS' on it and the colors were completely different from what was advertised. It was a disappointment to say the least. The quality of the product was also terrible, which only added to my disappointment.

After researching further, I am guessing that FansKiks does not have the rights to use KC Chiefs words and colors, which led them to come up with this China solution. This is not only deceitful, but also a violation of copyright laws.

Overall, my experience with FansKiks was terrible and I do not recommend their products to anyone. It is not worth the hassle, the shipping costs, or the false advertising.

I had high hopes for FansKiks when I ordered a pair of youth sneakers from them. I was looking for a nice pair of Kansas City Chief's sneakers for my kid's birthday. But I was bitterly disappointed when the shoes finally arrived. I had paid fifteen dollars for express delivery, but it took a full six weeks for the shoes to reach me.

When I finally got the shoes, I was shocked to see how poor the quality was. The shoes looked cheap and tacky, and they were much smaller than the size I had ordered. I was quite surprised to discover that there was no receipt or invoice included in the package. I had to reach out to their customer support team just to find out how to return the shoes for a refund.

To my dismay, they suggested that I give the shoes to charity and send them a receipt for a 50% refund instead of returning the shoes. This was not what I wanted to hear, and I declined that offer. I jus' became a customer of FansKiks and I recen'ly score a pair of dem New Orleans Casual Sneakers. When I got 'em, I was really bummed cos' dey wasn't the right size. I reached out to Mr. Ferdinand, and can I jus' say, he's a real gem! He gave me superior customer service and treated me wif da respect I deserve. Not only did he han'le da shippi' costs, he told me to donate da shoes to some lucky person. On top of dat, he gave me da full refund, and he's sendin' me da right size. I ain't never dealt wif such kindness from any company before. What a fan-tastic experience dat was! I'm gonna keep comin' back for even more swag from FansKiks, and I'll spread da word 'bout 'em to all ma friends and fams. FansKiks you rock my socks off! So, I gotta tell you 'bout this website I ordered from, FansKiks. I bought these kool Cleveland Brown shoes for my guy's birthday and the damn things arrived two whole weeks late.
