So, I had to find another way to convert my book to PDF. But, I must say that I was disappointed with my experience with Zamzar. I was hoping that it would be a quick and easy solution to my problem, but it turned out to be a waste of time.

Unfortunately, because they were statements that had come in the mail and I had scanned them instead of receiving them directly from my bank online, Zamzar was unable to convert them. I was sent an apology email and offered a refund because of this. Even though Zamzar was unable to convert my copies, I will use them in the future and will refer them to others for several reasons.
