So, I recently downloaded iMobie software from their website and unfortunately, I ran into some issues. When I tried to install the software, my antivirus program, WEBROOT, detected a virus in the download. I was relieved to see that WEBROOT was able to quarantine the software and prevent any damage to my computer.

However, my troubles didn't end there. When I tried to activate the software using the license key that was sent to me via email by iMobie, I received an error message stating that the key was not valid. I was confused because the email clearly stated that the key was from iMobie. I decided to open a ticket to get some help, but unfortunately, I didn't receive any response from their customer support team.

Feeling frustrated, I decided to request a refund for the software. But to my surprise, I found out that I couldn't do that unless I closed the ticket. This was a problem for me because the issue was not resolved and I didn't want to close the ticket without getting a solution. It seemed like nobody was willing to work on my issue and I was left feeling disappointed.
