TenorShare Excellent product, excellent customer service, highly satisfied

These guys are great in response to any problems, very fast in their reply time and very helpful. I've email them back and forth going on 2 years now and 90 percent of the time they are able to help. Again great customer support for a onlone only approach.

The software itself works, I'm a real user and have bought thier services. I've used the 4ukey for Apple, 4ukey for android and both have done what it says. Just make sure to read the instructions and the details of what it actually does. They also been friendly enough to let me test out a couple other software which I will review later on. I've been swindle by other software sites that makes calik of certain things. Tenorshare in my personal experience has lived up to what they say they offer. I will be using and checking what they come out with next for as long as I fix phones. I recommended anyone who looking to unlock phones, remove phone pins to try. It works.

TenorShare 10 out of 5 stars! I LOVE YOU!

I spent 4 days trying to recover my old iphone 6s after its system got messed up due to a deep drained battery. I tried to restore it on my iMac, on my Macbook Pro, I tried everything! Nothing worked it always crashed and gave me errors. Then I was like ok lets try this software I mean they have a 30-day moneyback guarantee so if it fails I'll just get back my money I can live with that. And I got the windows version cz it was cheaper too. I connected my iphone, put it into DFU mode, clicked Deep Repair in ReiBoot and FIRST I thought it was stuck, because it showed me a loading screen and randomly rebooted several times going into recovery mode. I was like ok lets just wait and boom! It started system recovery and now everything works fine again! ON A WINDOWS PC xD It did NOT work on a mac but it worked on a windows machine lmfao hahaha. I love you guys! You saved my life thanks so much, worth the money 100%! Would pay $100

TenorShare Does its work. Well-written piece of software!

Purchased and installed "Tenorshare iCareFone for WhatsApp Transfer (Windows Version) - 1 Month/1-5 Devices" on 27 Nov 2021. Paid INR 1,923.22 for it (approx. USD 25.48). My requirement was to be able to transfer WhatsApp from a Moto One Power Android smartphone to a newly purchased iPhone 13 Mini. I chose iCareFone after a few Google searches and checking out YouTube videos. I was surprised that any WhatsApp back-up I had made on Android was not compatible with the iOS iPhone version of WhatsApp - shame on WhatsApp :/ Anyways I was able to use iCareFone to download my Android-based WhatsApp back-up via Google drive sign-in and transfer it to the newly setup iPhone 13 Mini. 've got to say iCareFone is a very well-written piece of software. Faced no glitches whatsoever. Excellent user interface - Lets you know of everything it is doing and the progress % it had made so far. From installation to finish, I was done in about an hour's time! Great job! 'm impressed and grateful.

TenorShare Simple and easy to use tool- and it works

Simple and easy to use tool-
Just a few days back I brought an iPhone 12 and after setting up my phone I realised that there is no way to transferring WhatsApp data from iPhone to android. I didn't know this before buying iPhone. After trying different tools on the internet and spending many hours, I realised nothing was working out and there was no way out. TenorShare Delivered what I expected

I needed a software to help me recover the WhatsApp chat history from Android to iOS, and their solution (iCareFone for WhatsApp) worked with most of the information needed given at the right time for any steps. Knowing the process is not trivial, especially the part of giving Android developers access to the system files in the source phone, I am actually surprised it worked so well. It took a little while to sort out some of the steps, but google and youtube came out with the specific configuration details for my Android phone model. Kinda wish they had chat support.

Since I needed a single-use, after the successful transfer I managed to cancel the monthly subscription by email, which took less than 24 hours to be responded by their support team.

Tip for consumers:
It takes a little longer than expected after you finish the process for your app to work properly, I guess there's some indexing going on. Except that, which is not explicit during the migration, everything else is much clear, all explained in simple messages and walkthroughs while using the software.

TenorShare Great Utility!

I was in the middle of upgrading my Apple device and hit a snag in trying to connect to the Apple server with my AppleID. Unfortunately, I was not able (after multiple tries) to reset my phone. I read about Tenorshare's ReiBoot utility and it had several positive reviews so I decided to give it a try. The product does offer several free utilities, the one I needed, in particular, required a subscription. Thankfully, it wasn't an expensive investment and I was able to update the device's firmware effortlessly (which, in-turn resolved the issues I had with the Apple servers). The instructions to perform the update were clear and took at most 10 minutes to accomplish.

Since I only needed the utility for this one operation, I decided to cancel it instead of renewing. Even this process was painless and done without any issues from the company, and I received confirmation within 24 hours.

Not many software companies are as responsive or offer such a useful solution to the Apple drama and I am very happy with the outcome of my interaction with this company. I found its product performed exactly as advertised and it did not cause further harm to my device.

All my work & Personal Date on my iphone =I rely on the iPhone on my life, after 3 Days i was wakeup and go to take my iphone i find it on logo apple, i figured it turned off and on due to charging. I put it on charger and continued my morning routine

TenorShare TenorShare Review: Misleading Advice, Useless Product, Terrible Customer Service

This company ain't no good, let me tell you. They led me down a path of lies and deceit that cost me a lot of time, money, and some precious photo memories.

So, my iPhone started showing this bright green line, and I was freaking out. I did a quick google search and found this page on TenorShare's website. It said that the green line was a software-based problem, and I believed it. I mean, why wouldn't I? They're supposed to be experts, right?

So, I bought their ReiBoot for Mac for $85. I followed the standard repair steps, but then the instructions just stopped. I was on the go, and my laptop battery was about to die. I had no choice but to go to a cell phone store and wipe my phone completely. It cost me another $100.

I was so mad that I emailed them right away. But guess what? They didn't even acknowledge my problem. And the whole support team seems to be Asian, which made it even harder to communicate. I didn't get any useful advice, and they refused to process a refund. Can you believe that? They sold me a useless product based on misleading advice, and they still wanted me to pay for it.

So, I'm warning you now. Don't buy anything from TenorShare. Their refund policy is basically non-existent, and their customer service is terrible. They don't care about their customers at all. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

TenorShare TenorShare Review: Shady Refund Policy and Subscription Scam

I gotta say, I'm not too sure about all those 5-star reviews for TenorShare. Seems like they might be fakin' it a bit. These guys talk a big game, but when it comes down to it, they just wanna take your money and run. Let me tell ya what happened to me. I was tryin' to fix my son's phone and I thought I'd give TenorShare a try. I used the free version, but it wouldn't let me test out all the fancy features without payin' up. So I went to the payment link in the app and it took me to a page with some FAQs that said if the product didn't work, they'd give me a refund. Sounds good, right? But here's the thing - that's not the same refund policy they have on their website. They're tryin' to butter you up and make you think you'll get your money back if the product is no good, but really they're just holdin' onto your cash as long as they can. And they put you on a subscription plan, too, so you gotta keep payin' even if the product doesn't work. And they leave your transaction as "pending" for up to two weeks, so you can't do a chargeback right away. It's all a big scam, if you ask me. I'm not new to online shoppin', so I knew to cancel my subscription and ask for a refund right away. But every time I email them, they just ignore my request and give me some canned response about how to fix my phone. It's a real pain in the butt to try and get my money back, but I don't want these guys gettin' away with this kinda shady behavior.

TenorShare Tenorshare Review: A Lifesaver for My Work with Excellent Customer Service

I've been using Tenorshare for a couple of years already and I must say that this software has been a lifesaver for me. It has served my work flawlessly and I have almost no complaints about using the software. I must give a big round of applause to the Tenorshare team for creating such wonderful software within a very affordable price range and also lifetime activation with no pain of subscription. I just loved it!

However, there are some small issues that I have faced after the purchase, which I would like Tenorshare to address for customer convenience. After purchasing multiple licenses in one single email, I had some difficulties registering it in a new device as their server didn't allow me to register a new device, thinking that this is already registered with the same email address in another device. Maybe the same email address and product code could be the reason. It's a small issue and can be easily addressed, I guess. But as soon as I reached out to their customer service, they fixed it with a custom email address. I would suggest that anyone who is planning to buy more than one lifetime keys at different periods of time should consider buying it using different email addresses.

Another issue that I faced is that I would appreciate it if Tenorshare is kind enough to give their lifetime licensed users the right to re-register to a new device withdrawing the older device license. Old devices may fail or users may feel the need to switch to another device. This would be a great convenience for their loyal customers.

Overall, I am very satisfied with Tenorshare and their software. The customer service is excellent and they are always willing to help their customers. Thanks for your service. I hope to be a loyal customer of yours for many more years to come. Great job!

I recently had an issue with my iPhone being stuck on recovery mode, and I was in desperate need of a solution. TenorShare Tenorshare's iPhone Unlocking Software: A Closer Look

When it comes to unlocking iPhones or iPads, Tenorshare is one of the companies that offers a variety of software programs to supposedly help with this task. However, it is important to do research before purchasing any of their products, as the actual functionality may not be clear from the product description alone.

Having tried two of their software programs, namely 4uKey - iPhone Passcode Unlocker and 4MeKey - iPhone Activation Unlocker, I can say that neither were able to unlock any of the 11 Apple products I have. One particular issue that arose was the need to provide an IMEI and EMID, which can only be seen on activated devices. This means that the claim that these programs can unlock activation locks is somewhat misleading, as an activated device wouldn't have an activation lock to begin with.

Despite these difficulties, I have to commend Tenorshare on their efficient refund process. I was able to get my money back without any hassle or argument, which was definitely a relief. All in all, while Tenorshare has some promising programs in the market, it is important to read up on the specifics of each one before making any purchases.

TenorShare Mixed Experience with TenorShare: Refund Policy Compromise

I recently used TenorShare to fix an issue with my son's phone's screen not responding. Unfortunately, after running the application twice, I didn't find success. I requested a refund and was informed that I may need to run the application multiple times for it to work effectively. Despite my insistence that I no longer wanted the software and that I uninstalled it, the company informed me of their refund policy.

Their policy indicated that I would be eligible for a full refund if there was a technical issue with the software that they couldn't solve within 30 days. However, since I had deleted the program, the previous log files were also gone forever.

I was recently in search of a software that could help me with unlocking my Samsung S8. I came across TenorShare and decided to give it a shot. However, my experience with the software was nothing short of frustrating. Despite purchasing the software, it simply bypassed the Google block to YouTube, which rendered it useless. I tried to sign into Google, but my efforts were futile.

At this point, I was extremely disappointed with the software and I decided to explore the option of getting a refund. Recently, I had a client who needed to migrate from Android to IOS, but as we all know, transferring WhatsApp chat data can be an arduous task. TenorShare Disappointing experience with TenorShare software: Beware before you buy!

TenorShare (tenorshare.com) is a software company that provides solutions for data recovery, system repair, and password unlocker. As a human being, I had an urgent case of unlocking my phone and needed a reliable software. TenorShare came highly recommended due to its refund system, and after reading numerous positive reviews, I decided to purchase and download their life-time 4ukey Mac version.

Unfortunately, within the next two hours, I spent trying every method possible, the software just didn't work. It only showed how to turn on the phone's connect computer mood and promised to recognize and download the extra package for my phone automatically. However, this automatically downloaded next step never happened, and my profile showed zero devices connected.

Eventually, I had to resort to another software, which solved my problem. I was disappointed that TenorShare did not live up to my expectations, and within the same night, I filled in the refund form on their website. This led to different customer service responses, which made the process even more frustrating.

Initially, they suggested several methods to solve the problem and even mentioned that if all failed, it might be a hardware problem. However, they eventually offered to give me a 30% refund and another product as a replacement. Later, they increased their offer to a 50% refund and another product replacement, but they couldn't give me a full refund back as promised on their website.

This entire process left me feeling disappointed and frustrated, not only with the software but with TenorShare as well. As a result, I do not trust this company anymore and won't be purchasing any of their products in the future. I would like to share my experience with others and warn them to beware of TenorShare.

TenorShare TenorShare software review: A Disappointing Experience with Their Money-Back Guarantee

I recently purchased TenorShare software to reset my LG V60 phone after attempting to follow various instruction guides online without success. I thought the software would make the process much simpler, but unfortunately, it turned out to be just as unhelpful as the online guides.

Upon reaching out to the company for advice, I was informed that their newer security standards did not allow for the type of reset I was attempting. While this was understandable, it did not make me feel better about my purchase.

After deciding to request a refund through their 30-day money-back guarantee, I was frustrated with the runaround I received from the company. They started by offering me another one of their software products instead of a refund, which I declined. Then they offered me a 30% refund while allowing me to keep the software, which was still not satisfactory. Finally, they offered me an 80% refund and assured me they would not charge me again next year for a product that did not work in the first place.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed in the TenorShare software and their money-back guarantee. If you need to reset or unlock your phone, it is honestly better to rely on the free information available through search engines like Google. Trust me - this software isn't worth the investment.

PLEASEE READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING!

My iPhone was stuck on recovery mode, i didn't know what to use so i searched for a reeboot software and this came up. I do not have experience with phones but the " 30 day money back guarantee " made it seem like i can try and if it doesn't work, i got nothing to lose ( NOT TRUE LOL). So now lets get into it 1- i purchased the ONE TIME subscription they automatically made " next billing march 11"? I emailed them as i found that odd and told them to cancel that.
2- long story short, this didnt do anything for my phone so i emailed them telling them it didn't work,they made me send logs ( which, okay fair i did that), they then proceeded to tell me to try different cables, well ofcourse i did? I want my phone to work more than you do lol? then they told me to get a report confirming its not a hardware issue? At that point i knew what their problem was, they just didn't want to give me a refund ( purchased on Feb 11 asked for a refund on Feb 12). Keep in mind this process should not feel like you're jumping through hoops and add unnecessary stress to an already stressful situation. I then took it to a repair store which then they confirmed it wasn't a hardware problem and my phone was fixed. ( even though they tried to make it seem like it was a hardware issue so they don't refund)
After emailing them back and forth i got exhausted and settled for a 50% refund and a " life subscription for free" ( noooo thankk you i will never be using this garbage again).

Save yourselves the trouble folks, i paid $57 for a scam, and i took it to a repair store where they restored all my data and it was as good as new for $75.

If you feel its safe because of the " money back" bs DO NOT DO ITTTT, take it to apple store/ preferably a repair store.

TenorShare TenorShare Review: Unprofessional Customer Service and Ineffective Software

We had a major issue with our hard drive that had some important work files that were time-sensitive. We decided to give TenorShare a try and downloaded their software. However, we faced a lot of issues while using it. The software kept scanning but it would eventually time out. Even when it did locate some files, the system would crash before the recovery was complete. We reached out to their customer service team for assistance, but they asked us to give them a 5-star review before even solving the issue. We found this to be quite unprofessional and unethical.

After going back and forth with their customer service team, we realized that our month subscription had already expired. Despite trying dozens of times over a period of 6 weeks, the problem still hadn't been solved. We were left with no choice but to find alternative solutions. When we asked for a refund, we were told that their "refund principle is only to refund product quality problems that have no solutions and won't refund on customers that change their mind". This was quite frustrating as we didn't change our mind but were forced to purchase other software that actually worked without any issues.

We found TenorShare to be a complete waste of time and money. Not only did we not get the desired results, but we also had to go out and buy an alternative product. This was a terrible experience and we highly recommend that you avoid using TenorShare. Their solution of offering a lifetime membership on software that doesn't work is not feasible if you need an immediate fix. We hope that our experience will help others make an informed decision when it comes to choosing the right data recovery software.

TenorShare Tenorshare's iPhone Unlocking Software: A Closer Look

When it comes to unlocking iPhones or iPads, Tenorshare is one of the companies that offers a variety of software programs to supposedly help with this task. However, it is important to do research before purchasing any of their products, as the actual functionality may not be clear from the product description alone.

Having tried two of their software programs, namely 4uKey - iPhone Passcode Unlocker and 4MeKey - iPhone Activation Unlocker, I can say that neither were able to unlock any of the 11 Apple products I have. One particular issue that arose was the need to provide an IMEI and EMID, which can only be seen on activated devices. This means that the claim that these programs can unlock activation locks is somewhat misleading, as an activated device wouldn't have an activation lock to begin with.

Despite these difficulties, I have to commend Tenorshare on their efficient refund process. I was able to get my money back without any hassle or argument, which was definitely a relief. TenorShare Mixed Experience with TenorShare: Refund Policy Compromise

I recently used TenorShare to fix an issue with my son's phone's screen not responding. Unfortunately, after running the application twice, I didn't find success. I requested a refund and was informed that I may need to run the application multiple times for it to work effectively. Despite my insistence that I no longer wanted the software and that I uninstalled it, the company informed me of their refund policy.

TenorShare Disappointing experience with TenorShare software: Beware before you buy!

TenorShare (tenorshare.com) is a software company that provides solutions for data recovery, system repair, and password unlocker. As a human being, I had an urgent case of unlocking my phone and needed a reliable software. TenorShare came highly recommended due to its refund system, and after reading numerous positive reviews, I decided to purchase and download their life-time 4ukey Mac version.

Unfortunately, within the next two hours, I spent trying every method possible, the software just didn't work. It only showed how to turn on the phone's connect computer mood and promised to recognize and download the extra package for my phone automatically. However, this automatically downloaded next step never happened, and my profile showed zero devices connected.

Eventually, I had to resort to another software, which solved my problem. I was disappointed that TenorShare did not live up to my expectations, and within the same night, I filled in the refund form on their website. This led to different customer service responses, which made the process even more frustrating.

Initially, they suggested several methods to solve the problem and even mentioned that if all failed, it might be a hardware problem. However, they eventually offered to give me a 30% refund and another product as a replacement. Later, they increased their offer to a 50% refund and another product replacement, but they couldn't give me a full refund back as promised on their website.

If you are in the market for phone unlock products, be cautious of TenorShare. It appears as though they are not upfront about the fact that in order to unlock your phone, it needs to be wiped completely. This is already a process that you can do for free, and Apple and Android websites have well-documented guides on how to do this.

Their customer service has been known to misdirect customers to guides that fail to post a disclaimer or advisory that warns you about data loss and skillfully skip over the step that wipes your data. It is only when you see the actual notice that confirms this will happen that it's too late, and you've already paid for their services, which usually involve an annual subscription that you may forget to cancel.

Furthermore, if you ask for a refund, they have scripted responses aiming to bargain for a 30% refund, which may increase to 50% if you argue long and hard enough. It's like buying a bootleg DVD from a street vendor.

Our advice is to steer clear of TenorShare and not waste your time or money. There are plenty of other reputable phone unlock providers out there that will not try to deceive you.

for taking the time to read my review and I hope that you will not fall into the same trap that I did. While I cannot speak for everyone's experience with Tenorshare, it is clear that for me and many others it was a frustrating and disheartening experience.

One thing to be aware of is that when you purchase their program, you are automatically enrolled into their monthly subscription, which can cost you around $43 per month. I was not aware of this when I made my purchase and it was a rude awakening when I discovered that my bank account was being charged every month without my consent.

Aside from this, the program itself did not work properly and the customer service was subpar. As a customer, I had to jump through hoops to get any kind of refund and even then it was a lengthy and frustrating process.

To make matters worse, I felt so cheated and taken advantage of that I even went as far as to change my bank account number. It's sad that it had to come to that, but I felt that it was necessary in order to protect myself.

All in all, my experience with Tenorshare was disappointing and I would not recommend their services to anyone. It is important to do your due diligence before making any purchases, especially online. TenorShare Unreliable Software and Lackluster Customer Support from TenorShare

I recently had an issue with my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 smartphone where I had forgotten my pattern and was unable to access my device. In an attempt to remedy this, I decided to purchase the 4uKey for Android (Win) software from TenorShare in hopes that it would help me out. Initially, everything seemed to be going well until the downloading process caused my phone to turn off and on. Unfortunately, the software was not able to remove the pattern from my device.

I attempted to use the software a second time, but this time my phone entered into an unfamiliar "Recovering..." mode that was different from the standard recovery mode that I was familiar with. I reached out to the support team at TenorShare via email, hoping to find a solution to my issue. Unfortunately, the responses I received consisted of basic information that I already knew or links that did not work.

Given my busy schedule, I eventually lost track of the situation until I received a message from my bank indicating a renewal from Tenor. This prompted me to reach out to customer support once again, this time requesting a refund. I was met with a response expressing apologies for the inconvenience and offering a lifetime product activation code or an upgrade to a lifetime version. My concern was that two of their products had already failed to work, and I was unsure about investing in something that was unlikely to resolve my issue.

TenorShare TenorShare Review: Disappointing Performance & Inadequate Refund Policy

I recently decided to give TenorShare a try and purchased their Mac version of Tenor Reiboot in order to restore my iPhone, which had unfortunately become stuck in reboot mode. My decision to buy was based on the positive reviews that I had read online for their software. However, despite multiple attempts at restoring my phone using this licensed software, I was unable to revive it and was forced to replace it instead.

Upon unsuccessfully trying to revive my iPhone, I contacted TenorShare within 24 hours of purchase, requesting a full refund since I was dissatisfied with the results. Unfortunately, my request was met with a request from their customer service team asking me to provide logs from my Mac in order to substantiate my claim. Despite attempting to retrieve these elusive logs multiple times, I was unable to do so and thus, could not provide any supporting evidence.

To my dismay, the company offered me a 30% refund and a perpetual license as a way of compensating me for my efforts. However, I found this unacceptable given the fact that I was unable to use their product effectively and despite requesting a full refund, my card was charged again.

In summary, while TenorShare's software may work for others, I cannot, in good faith, recommend company due to my personal experiences. Despite my best efforts, the tenative process of trying to get a refund has left me feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed with the way this company operates. The software presented me with short commands that could easily be found on the internet. It did not actually repair my device as I had hoped.

In frustration, I reached out to their customer service team in search of a refund. However, I was met with dismissive and condescending responses. They were less than eager to solve my problem and instead offered me another program which was of no use to me.

After trying to reason with them and explaining that their product was not up to par, they offered me half of my purchase price back. This was an insult to my intelligence, to say the least. I eventually took my issue to paypal and received a full refund for my purchase.

All in all, I was extremely dissatisfied with Tenorshare's products and customer service. They failed to deliver on their promises and their lack of professionalism made the situation even worse. As a result, I will not be making any future purchases from them.
