Zale Jewelers / Zales.com review: customer service

Today I went by to get my ring resize. Maryum took me in and was very rude since the beginning. She suggested I got a 5 instead of a 4 1/2. I didn't like how the 5 felt. She continued on about how a 5 was more convenient. I am the customer, she should of listen to me and got me what made me happy. Now i'm a very unhappy customer and I will go review this store. Upper management should get with her and teach her how to talk to people.
