Love getting my YumeTwins box in the mail every month! The items are always so kawaii and make me feel like a kid again. However, there was one time where an item arrived broken and it was a bummer. Customer service didn't respond right away and when they did, it took a while to get a replacement. But when everything does come in perfect condition, it's definitely worth it! The plushies are always so soft and the stationery is functional and adorable. Can't wait for next month's box!

Underwhelming YumeTwins Box: Cute Items but Lacking Value
I gotta be honest, when I got my hands on the YumeTwins box I was a bit underwhelmed. The amount of stuff inside was on the small side and didn't really stand out from things I could pick up right here in Belgium. Plus, the price tag didn't really match up with what I ended up getting.
That being said, the items themselves were pretty cute. I liked the little plushie and the stickers were nice additions too. I just wish there had been a bit more variety or maybe even some more exclusive items that I couldn't get just anywhere.
Overall, YumeTwins was an okay experience. But I don't think I'll be rushing to order another box anytime soon.

YumeTwins Review: A Kawaii Subscription Box Service For Anime Fans
YumeTwins (yumetwins.com) is an awesomer service out there for all anime fans who love kawaii and cute things. I have been using this service to get my hands on some of the cutest stuff available in the market. The only downside, however, is that I was charged for three boxes without my consent. I did try to cancel before they charged me for the third box but it was so hard to figure out how to do that!
Moreover, the shipping cost is a bit high as $35 is the minimum charge for Sea Mail, and if you want to upgrade to Air Mail, you'll need to pay $10 extra. It's kind of expensive but hey, who doesn't love kawaii products, right? Unfortunately, I never received my packages, which is a bummer. Instead, I stumbled upon a note saying "Refused," for all three boxes.
I'm not going to lie; I was disappointed and didn't know what to do next. However, I decided to act quickly and requested a dispute on the first box that I purchased. I hope to hear back from them soon, and if they do, I'll update this review with more information.
Despite the few hiccups I experienced, I believe YumeTwins is a fantastic service for anime fans out there. It's a perfect subscription box service for anyone who loves kawaii, Japanese pop culture. It's easy to sign up, and the process is straightforward.
