Young's Water and Sewer Company was sent to my home by my Warranty company, First Premier Home Warranty to remove a clog that caused my toilet to overflow while doing my wash. Trey came in and, right away, and told me that ALL my water pipes needed to be replaced, inside and out. I was not able to use any of my water facilities because of the clog. He told me that it would be covered under the warranty and to give him my copay and make an appointment with his office to have the work done. I called the office and spoke to Kimberly Young, the owner, who told me to upgrade my Homeowners Insurance and have them pay for all my water pipes to be replaced. They would NOT remove the clog. I had to pay another plumber full price to remove the clog. I had the same clogs removed a few times before during my 48 years of living in this home. My water pipes are fine and this company would NOT fix a simple clog, only wanting to do major unnecessary major repairs. They were insistent about having me upgrade my homeowners insurance for them to do bid unnecessary job. I do NOT recommend Young's Water and Sewer Company.
