I got a new car from Young Chevrolet and I had a lease car before
I got a new car from Young Chevrolet and I had a lease car before. Young Chevrolet was supposed to pay off the rest of my lease so I could buy the new car. They didn't pay for two months of the lease and I had to pay for it myself. They still haven't given me back the money. I talked to three different people but they never get back to me. Now none of them work there anymore, so I have to start all over again. They never let me talk to the finance manager or he doesn't call me back. I'll go there in person, but I couldn't because of COVID.

I got approved for a 2019 *** Silverado by *** through application Young Chevrolet processed. First of all, I went there on 08 because I was interested in another truck, a different model. They did the application, came back, and said I was approved but needed 5k down. Okay, fine. Then they came back and said that I was not approved for the truck I wanted, which was a 2017 ***. But somehow, they were able to approve a newer model, a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado that is currently sitting at Young Chevrolet's parking lot because it has engine problems. Waiting to get repaired. From the first 3 months of having the truck, the transmission went out, so it was previously at Chevrolet getting a new transmission and was in the shop for about 3/4 months. Horrible experience. Now here I am again, 5/6 months later, due to engine failure. The reason I am reaching out is because today, 4/12/2023, I went to get a status on my truck since they have yet to even give me a loaner. I had to go through a different agency to get a loaner, which is up tomorrow. I also had to pay out of pocket, and now I need a pair of wheels to move in while my truck is still parked in their parking lot, not being worked on at all. I go in there and get told by *** that he is not going to work on my truck that he sold me. His exact words were to contact anybody that he did not care that he will not be repairing my truck, even though there is a signed contract agreement. I've been making my payments on time. I'm stuck with a dealership who doesn't want to help. All I asked was a status for my vehicle, and I have yet to be helped. As of now, I don't even know what is going on or when the repair will be done due to their vehicle they sold to me has engine and transmission problems.
