I got a new car from Young Chevrolet and I had a lease car before. Young Chevrolet was supposed to pay off the rest of my lease so I could buy the new car. They didn't pay for two months of the lease and I had to pay for it myself. They still haven't given me back the money. I talked to three different people but they never get back to me. Now none of them work there anymore, so I have to start all over again. They never let me talk to the finance manager or he doesn't call me back. I'll go there in person, but I couldn't because of COVID.

They processed my application and required a $5,000 down payment. Later, they informed me that I wasn't approved for the 2017 model I wanted, but they could approve me for a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado, which now has engine issues and is parked at Young Chevrolet awaiting repair. Within the first three months, the transmission failed, leading to a lengthy repair. Now, after 5-6 months, I'm facing engine failure. On 4/12/2023, I sought an update on my truck and a loaner vehicle, as they hadn't provided one. I had to secure a loaner through another agency, which I paid for and is due tomorrow. The dealership has been unresponsive and unhelpful, even with a signed contract in place. I've kept up with my payments, but I'm left with a faulty vehicle and no support from the dealership.
