Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I bought a car from Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on 8/16/2022. The salesman was ***. When I got the car home that night, I noticed some scratches that the salesman didn't mention. I contacted *** the next day and talked to him about it. He asked me to send him pictures, which I did. He also asked me to bring the car to the dealership to take a look. I went there on Wednesday the 17th. He and someone he said was the body shop person *** checked it out and said they would fix the scratches, buff the paint, and detail the car. We agreed that on Monday 8/22/2022, I would text *** at 9 AM and they would pick up the car from my job, do the repairs and detailing, and return it the same day. I contacted *** as we agreed, but now he's telling me to contact ***. I told him I'd rather he do it like we agreed. He said he's on vacation and that "if" the repairs were to be done, it's up to Cuck. He said I should talk to *** to see "if" he'll honor what we already agreed on. I called the dealership and they told me *** is on vacation too. So now they're going back on our agreement.

I put my car in the repair shop at Berman Chrysler on April 7, 2022, and they said it would be done by April 22, 2022. But my car stayed in the service department without getting fixed until August 4, 2022. When I picked it up, the engine light was on and the windshield washer fluid was completely dried out. I told the service manager about it, and he brought a mechanic to fill the reservoir. But then all the fluid leaked out because the hose was rotten and corroded from sitting for so long. I also found a pair of pliers left under the hood by the mechanic. The service manager said the engine light was on because the computer needed to be reconfigured and told me to bring the car back. When I got home, I noticed that my rear tire was showing a zero reading, so I called the service department right away. I also told them that the temperature inside the car was 99 degrees and that the gear shifter was still sticking and the car was driving rough. They made over $4000 worth of repairs under warranty, but the problems I brought the car in for, like the hood not staying closed, the gear shifter, the driver door lock switch, the AC not working properly, and the battery in my key needing replacement, were still not fixed. As they suggested, I took my car back to Berman Chrysler on August 12. The mechanic finally took my car in after several hours, but because of my leg disability, I spoke with the new service director, who arranged for someone to drop me off at home while they worked on the repairs. Later, I got a call from the service director saying there were phone issues at Berman Chrysler, and once he reached the warranty department, he would contact me. It's now Monday, and I'm still waiting for him to call me back. The work done on my car for the past three months hasn't resolved the issues I'm currently facing.
