Yatra Online review: Name change in the ticket

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding my flight booking to Dubai.

Unfortunately, the passenger name on my booking was entered incorrectly. As a result, my visa application was rejected because the name on the visa application did not match the name on the flight booking.

I attempted to contact your customer support team several times to correct the issue; however, I have been unable to get through to anyone or receive any assistance. This has caused significant inconvenience, delays, and additional costs.

I would appreciate it if you could:

Investigate this matter urgently.
Advise whether the booking name can be corrected.
Explain the available options regarding my booking and visa situation.
Respond to my complaint and the difficulty I experienced in contacting customer support.
