XPO Logistics review: XPO tractor trailer driver

At 12:20pm on 10-15-25 I was on I 640W and was next to truck #532-9204 and it was a black male driver with glasses and he was all over the road because he kept looking down at his phone. And moved out of his lane to the left and right several times.This person does not need to be on the road. He will end up killing somebody if action is not taken.I tried to call someone with the company while it was happening, but XPO makes it impossible to talk to a real person.You should have a phone number available for people to call about actions like this.This driver will end up costing your company millions of dollars if you don’t get him off the road and retrain him.A CDL license is a privilege ,NOT a right and somebody needs to explain that to him.
