I went into the experience fitness located in hales corners Wisconsin and I was greeted by the most immature and foul young man I've ever met. He was walking back and forth between the main front desk and the back desks where the people sign up members, during this time he was loudly describing personal issues and details of members and employees and he had nothing nice to say about any one the whole time while I was there listening to him, I decided not to sign up for a membership after seeing the type of persons you employee at your facilities and I'm shocked to see such a young individual given so much free reign and power in the work place it's an embarrassment to see such an establishment be downgraded due to its working employees. The staff member was identified as [edited] and the employee that identified him even stated that they "are not surprised that I'm filing a complaint against earlier said employee" when I went back into the gym looking to speak with management for further help I could not locate a single manager the sign up area looked like a complete mess and employees look like they are running around like chicken with their heads cut off and when I approached a few employees asking for information on the younger employee I mentioned earlier the assisting staff were very forward in providing me any information I needed to identify the worker I had previously had witnessed completely belittle employees and make fun of what I believe is a mentally handicapped worker named "Brittany" I remember hearing that name referenced while he made a gesture that imitated a mentally handicapped individual, I'm honestly disgusted with the way that gym is run and I've personally made a point to inform every and any body that will listen to me about that gyms down falls including a call into the EEOC, the disability rights of Wisconsin among other outside government sources informing them of the mistreatment of a mentally handicapped employee by a fellow employee who I referred to earlier as [edited], i personally think an employee like this should not be employed it puts a bad image on your facility and I know I'm not the only person that has had issues with this employee as multiple associates of mine and current XF members have also spoken about the earlier stated employee and they too have said he is a very unprofessional young man,
