Xiahano Limited review: Ordered item not delivered

Oh how I wish I'd seen these complaints before getting sucked in on Facebook.

Ordered item on 7th of June, over 3 months later nothing delivered. After numerous emails amounting to a pack of lies and being provided with two tracking numbers of which both parcels were delivered, one to Luton and the other to Warrington, I live (and certainly entered my address correctly) in Northern Ireland. Told similar pack of lies on email as previous posts when asked for refund, new item has been dispatched bla bla bla.

Raging with myself and will contact the bank tomorrow.

Do yourself a favour and avoid.
