Xiahano Limited review: Item not received despite numerous emails and pretend delivery dates.

I ordered a fold down bed on 2nd July 2023 from this company. (Receipt #[protected])

First shipment had wrong tracking number but said it was delivered. The same happened with the second shipment. Email correspondence keeps asking me to wait seven days for the item. It never appears. They then say they’ll ship again. 5 months later I’ve still had nothing and they refuse to refund. Now that this time has passed my bank can’t help either. Absolute scammers. STAY WELL CLEAR.
