I ordered a buggy and paid GBP 39.99 on 29 June, 2023. Since then I contacted through email at [protected]@mandressupsmart.com 24 times and have not received the product yet. They replied that the item has been delivered to the wrong address, they have sent it again; but I have not received it yet and they are not also refunding me. Now I also cannot contact with them as Gmail is showing 'address not found'.
Desired outcome: Please refund
