I bought an item for $39.99 in July, first they gave me a wrong tracking number, but since in our offices we can see and print the address and name of the person, I send them back and they said there was a mistake at shipment with the promises they will send other package (they used a random tracking number for scam).
Didn't give me any tracking number since August and I didn't receive the package and keep asking me for patience they will inform me asap... June to end of October and nothing...
I'm filing a complaint and a chargeback at my bank.
Desired outcome: My money back.
