This place is a scam I’ve purchased something way back in July which I never received the package. Also it was sent to the wrong state an address it was sent to Ohio when I live in Louisiana they refuse to give me a refund an keep telling me they will re delivered when I email them they barely respond an when they do they keep refusing to refund me my money

I bought an item for $39.99 in July, first they gave me a wrong tracking number, but since in our offices we can see and print the address and name of the person, I send them back and they said there was a mistake at shipment with the promises they will send other package (they used a random tracking number for scam). Xiahano Limited Paddling Pool

Ordered and paid for this in May / June, still not arrived. I have emailed them over 16 times asking for a refund or the pool. They said no to refund as they would resend but that was 4 weeks ago, still nothing ! Saying they refund as they're struggling after Covid, and its not their fault if my local Post Office has lost it. I have emailed 16 times regarding this but Im getting nowhere and just want my money back

Xiahano Limited Buggy

I ordered a buggy and paid GBP 39.99 on 29 June, 2023. Since then I contacted through email at [protected]@mandressupsmart.com 24 times and have not received the product yet. They replied that the item has been delivered to the wrong address, they have sent it again; but I have not received it yet and they are not also refunding me. Now I also cannot contact with them as Gmail is showing 'address not found'.

i ordered 2 lounge bed things from this company back on july 6th of 2023 they charged me $60 and i still haven't recieved anything from them i would really like a refund i work very hard for my money and can't afford to be ripped off i will be sending this to the better business beareau something needs to be done about businesses like these ripping people off its unacceptable

Xiahano Limited Delivery

Ordered a product and have not received. $51.98 charged to my card and all i have gotten is a ton of excuses. One claiming that my item had been delivered and should check with my neighbors to see if they had accidently received it at their home. Say they will schedule redelivery but still nothing.
