Xenon Pro Disappointing Experience with Xenon Pro LED Headlights: Delayed Delivery, Poor Customer Service, and Subpar Performance

I decided to give Xenon Pro a try after a friend recommended it to me and I saw they had a 50% discount going on. I tried reaching out to their customer service before placing my order, but unfortunately, I didn't get a response. I went ahead and placed my order in early April, and was told that I would receive my product within 2-3 business days, but no longer than a week. However, that wasn't the case. It took them from April 9th all the way to April 17th just to give me a tracking number, which was already a week of waiting.

For the next three days, my order status didn't change at all, so I contacted their customer service again. All they told me was that my order would arrive in 3 business days, but it took them until April 21st to give me another update saying it would be delivered by the end of the day. I was excited to finally receive my product, but unfortunately, it didn't arrive on time. I waited and waited, and eventually received a notification from the post office that my product would be delivered on April 25th to the community office instead.

As for the actual headlights, I was initially unsure if the multi-sided headlights would work well in my projectors. Unfortunately, they turned out to be a nightmare. The performance was worse than my OEM halogens, and the beam pattern was practically non-existent. It only illuminated the ground no more than ten feet in front of my vehicle, which was unacceptable.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Xenon Pro. I won't be purchasing their LED headlights again, but I may consider buying GTR Lighting 2's in the future. I learned my lesson and won't be buying multi-sided headlights again.

Xenon Pro Xenon Pro Review: Poor Quality Products and Terrible Customer Service - Buyer Beware!

I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with Xenon Pro. I mean, yeah, they got here pretty quick, but that's about the only good thing I can say. I ordered some high beams, low beams, and fog lights, but when I opened the boxes, one of the high beams looked like it had already been installed and broken. Someone had tried to glue it back together, but that's just not gonna cut it. I figured I'd just get that one bulb replaced, but then I ran into even more problems.

I had to take apart the front of my truck and remove the headlight assemblies to install these bulbs, and let me tell you, it was a real pain in the you-know-what. And then, to my dismay, the low beams wouldn't fit at all, and one of the high beams as well as both fog lights didn't work at all. I was pretty ticked off at this point, so I contacted Xenon Pro and explained the situation. They said I could send them back for a refund, but they required me to send them via FedEx, which cost me a whopping $90. And since they're based out of Canada, I couldn't just send them via UPS or something for way cheaper.

But wait, it gets even worse. When I finally got my refund, Xenon Pro actually tried to deduct the original shipping charges from my refund! Can you believe that? I was so mad, but when I contacted them about it, they were complete jerks and acted like it was no big deal. Luckily, I used PayPal to pay for my order, so I was able to file a case against them and get a full refund for the original order. But I was still out $90 for the return shipping costs, which really stung.

So yeah, I wouldn't recommend buying from Xenon Pro. Their customer service is terrible, and their products are even worse. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these guys. Buyer beware!

Xenon Pro Disappointing Product and Terrible Return Policy from Xenon Pro: A Warning to Others

I was in the market for some brighter headlights for my trusty Impala, so I turned to the vast expanse of the Internet for a solution. After some searching, I stumbled upon Xenon Pro and thought they might be just the ticket for some brighter driving lights. I placed my order and eagerly awaited their arrival.

However, when the package finally arrived, I was dismayed to find that they had sent me the wrong lights. Undeterred, I contacted Xenon Pro and they quickly rectified the situation by promising to waive the restocking fee (which was a hefty 20%) if I ordered a new set of lights. I placed my order and waited for the new lights to arrive.

When they finally did, I eagerly installed them, only to find that they were a major disappointment. My original halogen bulbs were twice as bright in the area that I needed for driving. Frustrated, I tried to return both sets of lights, but ran into some issues.

Firstly, I didn't receive the returning email for the first set of lights, so I had to contact Xenon Pro to get the return process started. Then, when I tried to return both sets of lights, I was informed that I would have to pay two restocking fees and the shipping costs for both sets. To make matters worse, the technical support representative I spoke to, Dale P, was not very helpful and seemed more interested in being "matter-of-fact" than actually assisting me.

In the end, I had to pay a total of $75 for the shipping and restocking fees for both sets of lights. Needless to say, I was not impressed with Xenon Pro's poor product and terrible return policy. I will not be purchasing anything from them again and will be sure to warn others about their subpar products and policies.

On a side note, I also had a negative experience with another company called Welder Nation. Their return policy was equally rough and their prices were sky-high. I would advise anyone to steer clear of them as well. In the end, it's probably better to just keep the merchandise than deal with the hassle and expense of returning it.

Xenon Pro Xenon Pro HID Kit Review: Terrible Product, Unprofessional Customer Service, and False Advertising

I recently purchased a HID kit from Xenon Pro, and let me tell you, it was not a pleasant experience. The product arrived much later than the promised date, and to my surprise, it was not the high quality German made product that was advertised on their website. Instead, I received a cheaply made Chinese product that was not even close to what was shown in the picture. It was obvious that the boxes had been opened before and the bushings were missing on both lightbulbs. It seemed like the product had been returned a couple of times before it got to me.

I tried to contact them multiple times, but they never answered the phone. After reading reviews about their business practices, I decided to communicate with them through email so that I could have their responses in writing. However, they refused and insisted that I contact them via live chat on their website. I did as they asked, but it was a terrible experience. They were unprofessional, rude, insulting, and lied about everything. They never apologized for trying to cheat me or offered to resolve the problem.

I don't understand how some people give them ratings that are more than one star. Are they getting high quality German made products with metal balasts and quality connectors, or are they simply not bothered by being lied to and cheated? I paid over $100 for a product that I could have gotten for $30 at a local car parts store, or even better than this product.

In the end, I had to call my credit card provider to dispute the charge and get a full refund. It was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this seller to anyone. Their ignorance is their specialty, and it's clear that they don't care about their customers.

Xenon Pro XenonPro.com Review: LED Lights Not a Direct Replacement, Restocking Fee Charged

The XenonPro website is pretty clear that their lights are a direct replacement for factory lights. They say that you can install them in about 30 minutes. I ordered some lights for my 2007 Nissan Xterra and got them about 4 or 5 days later. That's not too bad, but it wasn't the 2-day shipping that I was hoping for.

When I tried to install the lights, I found that they fit into the light bucket just fine. But the LED lights and wiring harness were too big for the factory locks that hold the lights in place. I tried to contact the online support, and they told me to take my truck to a Performance Shop. That's not what I was expecting at all. The website says that anyone can install the lights themselves.

The online support guy showed me some pictures of the modifications he had to make to his Ford to get the lights to fit. That's not a direct replacement, if you ask me. I'm a mechanic, and I decided that I didn't want to cut up my factory parts just to try to make these lights fit. So I went to my local auto parts store and got some NH Xenon headlights instead. They're not LED, but they work just fine. And I was able to replace both lights in less than 30 minutes.

When I told the online support guy that I was returning the lights, he told me that there was a 20% restocking fee. I wasn't happy about that, since the lights didn't work in my truck. But I paid the FedEx bill to send the lights back anyway. And then I got billed for the 20% restocking fee.

In the end, I was hoping to get some LED lights, but the NH Xenon lights work just fine. And they cost less than shipping back the other lights and paying the restocking fee. If you're thinking about buying from XenonPro.com, make sure you get it in writing that the lights will fit in your vehicle and work with your mounting hardware. I won't be buying from them again.

Xenon Pro Xenon Pro Review: Terrible Customer Service and Misleading Fitment Claims

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Xenon Pro. I ordered some high and low beams for my truck, and their website said they were "Guaranteed Fitment." But when I got them, the fan on the back of the bulb was too big to fit in my truck's headlight housing. I tried to talk to their support guy through a chat, but he just sent me a screenshot saying it was my responsibility to check for fitment. How am I supposed to do that when their website doesn't have any dimensions or measurements?

So I filed for a return, and they told me I had to pay for shipping plus a $15 fee for each item. And when I finally got my refund, it was $30 less than what I originally paid. I talked to their support guy, Dale, and he said he thought the fee had been waived for one of my items, but he couldn't find any record of it. And when I asked for a summary of the refund, he refused to send it to me, saying it should be clear from my account. I only ordered two kits, so based on my first conversation with Dale, I should have only been charged $15. It's frustrating to feel like you're getting screwed over by a company.

I looked at some other reviews, and it seems like I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience. People have complained about the customer service and how they look for any excuse not to refund you what you're owed. And when I told Dale I was going to write a negative review, he just said it was like a drop of water in the ocean. It's pretty clear they don't care about their customers at all.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Xenon Pro. It's just not worth the time and energy to deal with their terrible customer service and mistakes. Save yourself the hassle and find a different company to buy from.

Xenon Pro Terrible Customer Service Experience with Xenon Pro LED Headlights

I bought some LED headlights from Xenon Pro for my husband as a Christmas present. Unfortunately, after only 5 months, they stopped working. My husband spoke to a customer service representative named Louis C, who gave him some suggestions to try and fix the problem. When those suggestions didn't work, my husband told Louis, but he never got a response back. We waited for an hour for a response and even tried to get his attention again, but we gave up.

Two weeks later, I contacted Xenon Pro again to see about a refund and spoke to Louis C again. He was very rude to me and treated me as if I was incompetent. He said that my husband or I did not have a chat in the past and told me to ask my husband. He said that we could get new headlights for $19.99 per item requested. When I asked if that was per headlight, he said no. Later, I found out that I was correct in the first place and that the $19.99 was per headlight. He never rephrased 'per item requested' and tried to make me feel dumb the whole time, even though I knew what I was talking about.

He even asked why we would go and buy new headlights when we could've gotten these (for shipping of $39.98 nonetheless). I told him again that we did try talking to get it resolved, but couldn't wait anymore since we were going on a road trip and needed working headlights.

I said that we will not be paying the shipping and that we will just save up for better headlights. When I said we were planning on spending a few hundred on getting upgraded ones because we didn't want to spend $40 every 6 months for replacements, he threw out all this math saying that with 7 years, you would get headlights for the price we would pay for the other ones.

SO, with him saying this, it shows that he knows that they do not last long and that we would need to replace them multiple times!

I have never been so disappointed with customer service in my life. I will be urging all my friends and family to stay far away from this company.

Xenon Pro Xenon Pro LED Headlights Review: Poor Customer Service and Missing Parts

So, I recently purchased some LED headlights from Xenon Pro for my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500. I was pretty excited to upgrade my headlights and get some brighter, more efficient bulbs. However, when I received the bulbs, I quickly realized that they were missing a crucial part that was necessary for installation in my vehicle. The retaining screw that is typically part of the OEM bulbs was not included with the Xenon Pro bulbs, which meant that I couldn't securely install them in my headlight housing.

I reached out to customer service to see if they could help me out, but unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience. The representative I spoke with, Dale P, was not very helpful and seemed to be more interested in proving me wrong than actually solving my problem. He sent me a screenshot of their fine print that stated additional retainers/clips were not included, but the non-highlighted area of the screenshot actually proved my point. I explained this to him, but he just told me to read it again until I understood.

Eventually, I had to come up with my own solution and build a custom bracket to hold the bulbs in place. It was frustrating to have to do this, especially since I had to pay the same amount as the product to return it. I was disappointed with the customer service I received from Xenon Pro, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.

To make matters worse, the "2 day shipping" that I paid for actually took 6 days to arrive. This was frustrating, especially since I had read other reviews that mentioned poor customer service. I had hoped that my experience would be different, but unfortunately, it wasn't.

Overall, I think that Xenon Pro is not worth the money or the hassle. If you're looking for LED headlights, I would recommend looking elsewhere. The customer service is terrible, and the product doesn't meet factory standards for fit like they guarantee. It's not worth the risk of having to deal with a disrespectful representative like Dale P. Additionally, I found out that you can't leave a site review with this company after receiving your order, which seems a bit shady to me. Save yourself the trouble and look for a different company to buy from.

Xenon Pro Xenon Pro Headlights Review: Reliability Issues and Poor Customer Service

I recently purchased a set of Xenon Pro headlights for my son's car and was pleasantly surprised by the improvement they made. So, I decided to buy a set for my own truck, a 2014 GMC Sierra 1500. However, I have been experiencing some issues with the product and I am considering returning them for a refund.

The main issue I have encountered is that only one bulb comes on about half of the time. This is quite frustrating as I cannot rely on both headlights to work when I need them to. Additionally, one of the original ballasts did not work when I first tried to install them. Although I had an extra ballast from the first set I purchased, this is still a significant issue as I have had a 50% failure rate with the ballasts.

Aside from the reliability issues, I have also noticed that the lights do not seem much brighter than my factory halogen bulbs. There are also dark spots in the light pattern and the light moves when I hit a bump, which I believe is caused by the thick wire outside of the bulb vibrating. This is concerning as it could lead to the wire breaking and the light failing.

I have attempted to contact the company through their live messaging system several times, but have had no luck. The first time, I was notified that no one was available. The second time, I was told that I could only be helped during their business hours, which is problematic for me as I do not have access to a phone while at work. This means that I will have to take a day off work just to set up a return and refund, which will cost me even more money.

Overall, while my son is satisfied with the lights in his 2015 Chevy Volt, I will not be purchasing anything from this company again due to the reliability issues and poor customer service.

Xenon Pro Terrible Experience with Xenon Pro: Faulty Products and Rude Customer Service

I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty bad experience with Xenon Pro. I wouldn't recommend buying from them, no way, no how. Their products are bad and their customer service is even worse. Let me tell you why.

First of all, they claim to have a 100% lifetime warranty, but that's not entirely true. If something goes wrong with your purchase, even if it's right after you get it, they want you to pay $20 per item for a replacement. That's not mentioned anywhere on their website, mind you.

I had one of my LED headlights go out on me, and I'm not about to pay $20 for a replacement. I'll just go somewhere else, thank you very much.

But that's not even the worst part. Their customer service is just plain rude. You can't even talk to them on the phone, you have to use a chat. I guess they do that so they can be mean to you without having to face you in person.

Let me give you a few examples of what I mean. When I asked them to show me where on their website it says I have to pay $20 for a replacement, they just told me they were too busy to keep going back and forth. When I asked them to prove it to me, they couldn't.

And when I told them I was going to post a review of their terrible service, they told me it wouldn't matter because it would just be like dropping a drop of water in the ocean. Real nice, huh?

And don't even get me started on Kevin and Louis. They call people idiots, cuss them out, and hang up on them when they're confronted with the truth. When I kept asking to see their $20 terms in writing, they just blocked me from the chat.

So, my advice to you is to do your research before buying from Xenon Pro. Don't just look at their reviews on their website, because they're obviously not going to show you the bad ones. I gave them a good review at first, but now that I've had to deal with their terrible customer service and faulty products, I'm changing my tune. And I'm sure there are plenty of other people out there who feel the same way.
