Armor-X Armor-X: A Customer Service Nightmare - Avoid the Headache!

OF THEMSELVES!

Okay, let me tell you my experience with Armor-X. First of all, their customer service is just terrible. I mean, have you ever tried to contact them? It's like they don't even want to talk to you. Their website doesn't even provide an email address or phone number for you to call. And don't even get me started on their live chat. It's just there for decoration - no one seems to be manning it.

One thing you should know before buying anything from them is that the goods actually come from the far East. So, if you want to return something, you have to send it back all the way to Hong Kong. Plus, you have to use tracked and signed for delivery, which can cost you upwards of ?20. And even if they do give you a refund, which is not a guarantee, it won't be a full one.

To put it plainly, dealing with Armor-X is like talking to a brick wall. And if you do manage to get a response from them, it's usually a vague and half-answered answer. Oh, and let's not forget about the poor quality of their products. Trust me, you'll want your money back.

In conclusion, this company has no integrity, morals, or honor. They should truly be ashamed of themselves.

Armor-X Armor-X is a Scam: Don't Waste Your Money on their Products!

So, I bought an iPhone case from Armor-X and it was a complete waste of money. Honestly, you can find the same thing for way cheaper on Alibaba. I tried to return it because it was such a dud, but they want me to ship it all the way to Hong Kong! I mean come on, it was shipped from NJ originally. Shipping costs are around $28.00, plus the hassle of customs paperwork. What's even worse, they want to charge me $15.00 for handling and then a 25% restocking fee on top of that! It's almost like they want it to be impossible to return it! And I bet they do, so they can keep selling their low-quality products. I tried disputing the charge with my credit card company, but those guys fight you tooth and nail. I found out that Armor-X even uses a third-party payment processor, so they're not even an approved merchant. Basically, this company is a total scam. It's a real shame though, because their website looks so nice. My advice? Just buy a case on Amazon. At least you know they'll protect you if something goes wrong. In fact, that's what I did - I ordered a LifeProof case from Otter and it's fantastic!

Armor-X Review of Armor-X Shockproof Case for iPhone SE: Sturdy but Poor Design & Customer Service

I made a purchase on Armor-X (armor-x.com) for the iPhone SE shockproof cases and I must say, I was relatively pleased with the case itself. It feels sturdy, as if it can actually protect the phone from drops and bumps, and the color I chose was very attractive. However, I did encounter a problem with the skeleton key that allows you to clip various tools into the slot. It broke after only three times of use, which was very disappointing as it didn't even last a week.

I found it odd that the key snapped because I knew I had to lift the tab up enough to release the locking mechanism, but I guess lifting it even slightly too much was enough to cause the break. In my opinion, this shows a very poor product design since it didn't hold up well under even regular use.

When I reached out to customer service, they informed me that the damage was considered "physical" and not covered under warranty. Although I only used it as intended, they stated that I must have caused the damage myself. I was offered a replacement, but the catch was that I would have to cover the postage cost. I was already disappointed with the defective product, and this added expense made me feel like the company was prioritizing profits over customer satisfaction.

Overall, this experience has left me hesitant to make another purchase from Armor-X. Their business model seems to focus heavily on profits, and not enough on ensuring quality products and excellent customer service. I hope they take these criticisms to heart and take steps to improve in the future.

Armor-X The Disappointing Truth About Armor-X's Rugged Phone Case: Stay Away From Their False Promises

So, I ventured onto armor-x.com, lured by their promises of a rugged protective phone case and mount for my Xiaomi/Redmi Note 10 Pro. I was pretty excited about the prospect of having a phone case that could potentially withstand some significant abuse as I tend to be a bit clumsy with my devices.

After navigating through the site and spending over $100 USD on the case and mounts, I eagerly awaited my delivery, already picturing how cool my phone would look in its new armor. However, when I finally received my package, all my expectations were crushed like a soda can being stomped on.

The case provided wasn't specific to my model phone and was significantly larger than needed, it looked like a cheap, generic case one could get on a street market. To add insult to injury, the attached Armor-X mount wasn't even aligned straight, making it near impossible to look at my phone without feeling the need to ignore the wonky look of it. I was beyond disappointed, and could feel my blood boiling with each passing moment.

I immediately contacted Armor-X's customer service team about my grievance only to learn that it was based in Hong Kong. They initially asked me to send it back to them, and if they saw the need in the no doubt distant future, might refund me. After my vocal complaints, they finally offered to send me a replacement case instead of a refund. But why would I want another case from Armor-X if the first one was a shoddy generic fake out that only made my phone bulkier and sitting crooked in their cheap Armor-X mount?

This experience has made me wary of Armor-X and I'm not quite sure that I could trust them again with any future tech purchase, seeing as their promotional material is a far cry from the less than mediocre products they offer. So stay away, at least until they realize that a catchy marketing campaign is not enough to compensate for the poor quality of their production.

Armor-X Armor-X HX Series Case Review: Don't Waste Your Time and Money

I got me one of them cases from Armor-X and let me tell you what happened. I got a Samsung and ordered one of the "new" HX series cases, and I seen on their website that it said it's a full body case and they even had pictures to prove it. Well, let me tell you, they sent me some gadgets I didn't even ask for and the wrong case! And when I asked the so-called "customer service" about it, they told me that the HX case ain't a full body case after all. Well, I was mad as a hornet and sent them my invoice, the website description and photos, you know, to get them to see what the heck is going on. But they still said it ain't a full body case, even in their second reply.

So I tried contacting them again and again, sending emails and messages from their website, but ain't nobody done got back to me yet. And this was after I done spent $65 on the case and a charger with $20 for the shipping. I mean, that's a whole load of money for a case that don't even do what it says it gonna do!

The case itself is just plain flimsy and don't even protect my phone's screen or camera, and I wouldn't trust it with my cruising bike let alone my gravel bike. And the attachments are cheap plastic things that are hard to switch around. You gotta take out the magnet to put on the kickstand, and then take off the kickstand to put on the belt clip. I mean, come on, that's just downright inconvenient.

I reckon you should just skip getting one of these cases from Armor-X and spend your $20 shipping on a better case like Otterbein. Trust me, I done learnt my lesson.

Armor-X Armor-X Review: Overpriced, Slow Shipping, No Returns Policy, and Shoddy Customer Service

Back in the good old days of the 70's, when you order something online, you accepted that you may have to wait 6-8 weeks for it to arrive. However, when I came across Armor-X, I was under the impression that they were based in the USA. Little did I know that everything ships from China! The prices are not that great either, considering the long ship time. I would expect to pay a cheap price when ordering something from China with a 2-month wait, not premium prices from a so-called USA-based company.

One thing that left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth is the lack of return policy. I mean, what happens if I change my mind? Or if something arrives damaged? How can I trust a company that doesn't have my back? And don't get me started on the base case with the extra attachments. If you think you can come back later and grab the attachments, think again, you'll be waiting a long time. The fact that Armor-X doesn't indicate their shipping originates from China is troubling, to say the least. They must know that if they did, sales would plummet.

If they want to improve their business, they could set up a warehouse in the USA, order plenty of cases, attachments, and all the other bits and pieces, and ship them directly from the States. They could even create a partnership with Amazon. I don't think I'm alone in feeling that the current approach leaves a lot to be desired. Oh, and did I mention the customer service is [censored]? The warranty isn't honored, and as aforementioned, there's no return policy. Honestly, it seems like they don't care about the customer experience at all.

To add insult to injury, the tracking is another disaster. Why does it keep going back to the same Guangzhou facility five times?! Surely if they could get that aspect right, the shipping time would be a little shorter?

Overall, I would only recommend using Armor-X if you are willing to accept the negatives. If you have a specific need and are happy to wait for a long time for your item, then it may be the right choice for you. Otherwise, there are plenty of other companies out there that can deliver the goods in a reasonable time frame with good customer support and fair return policies.

Armor-X Stay Away from Armor-X: A Review of Their Unreliable Service and Poor Customer Support

So, I wanted to write a review about my experience with Armor-X. I was really excited to purchase some items from their website, but it was definitely not a smooth process. First of all, it took two weeks for me to even get a confirmation of shipment, and that was only after I had already been charged for my order. I tried to contact their support through email and messages, but no one ever responded to me. I was starting to get really frustrated because I had already given them my money and I still didn't have any idea when my order would arrive.

Eventually, I found out that Armor-X is more interested in being Instagram famous than actually running a good business. I left a negative comment on their Instagram account, but they quickly deleted it. It wasn't until I reached out to them through Instagram that I finally got a response. Their support team told me that the product I ordered (a case for a Samsung tablet) was new and not in stock yet, but that it would be available the following Thursday. So, I waited until the next Thursday and contacted them again. This time, they still didn't have the product in stock but assured me that it would be shipping soon. I was getting really tired of waiting, so I eventually asked them to cancel my order.

Even that process was difficult because they didn't seem to want to give me a refund. I had to threaten them with contacting payment processing companies before they finally agreed to give me my money back. It was a total nightmare and I ended up wasting 8 weeks on this whole ordeal. I strongly advise staying away from Armor-X. They are clearly not a trustworthy business and they will take your money for products they can't even ship.

Armor-X Disappointing Durability: My Experience with Armor-X Products

I have to say, my experience with Armor-X and their products was not exactly pleasant. While the phone case was decent, everything else I purchased from them broke within a few months. It's really frustrating that I spent my hard-earned money on these products only to have them break shortly after purchase.

One example of this was the desk stand I bought for my phone: the key broke, and when I went to use the warranty, Armor-X said that physical damage isn't covered. I don't really understand this, as it seems pretty obvious that a desk stand is going to get some wear and tear. Plus, almost every key seems to break on their products, yet they still won't cover it under warranty.

Another product I had trouble with was the phone mount for my bike. The arm broke after a few months, and when I got a replacement from Armor-X, that one broke shortly after as well. This time, they claimed that I was too rough with the product and it wasn't covered under warranty. I don't think I was rough with it at all, and I take good care of my things. It seems like these products should be able to withstand the normal wear and tear of everyday use.

When I added up the cost of all the broken products, it came to around $60 worth of stuff that I can't use anymore. And of course, none of it is covered under their warranty. It's really disappointing to spend money on something only to have it break and not be able to get any help from the company.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend buying from Armor-X. Their warranty doesn't really seem to cover anything, despite them advertising a 2-year guarantee. And with so many of their products breaking, it seems like they might not be the best quality in the first place. If you're looking for phone accessories, I'd suggest going with a different company that has a better track record of durability.

Armor-X Armor-X Case Review: Low-Quality Product & Terrible Customer Service Will Leave You Disappointed & Scammed

I decided to give Armor-X a try after seeing one of their rugged cases being advertised as perfect for use while biking and hiking. The case came with a built-in clip which added to its appeal. However, when it arrived, it was nothing like what was advertised on their website.

The case was made of thin and flimsy plastic that easily bent when I applied slight pressure with two fingers. I couldn't trust such a low-quality product to protect my device. The clip was also cheaply made and was simply glued onto the case. Moreover, the hole for the camera was not even the correct size. I was extremely disappointed with my purchase.

When I contacted the seller for a refund, they gave me an address to send the case back to. On providing them with a tracking number, they promised to issue me a refund. But to my surprise, when I went to the post office to return the product, it cost me more than I had paid for the item itself- $45 CDN! This was an outrageous amount to pay just for returning a substandard product.

I opened a dispute with PayPal, hoping to receive a refund as the item was not as described. Unfortunately, I lost the dispute because I didn't accept a partial refund. Even though I had photos of the product, they were dismissed as 'buyer's remorse'. Had the item been accurately described, I would have never made the purchase. I contacted the seller again, wanting to wrangle a refund. I was contacted by someone named Jenni who offered to refund me half the amount. I agreed, as it was better than losing all my money.

However, the next day, I received another email from Mr. Ng asking me to return the product to the same Hong Kong address, which would still cost me $45 CDN more with a tracking number for the refund. I feel cheated and scammed out of my money. I am thinking of reporting this scam to PayPal and consumer.gov so that no one else falls victim to their dishonest practices.

I would not recommend buying anything from Armor-X. They are not authentic and are making money by fooling people. It's not worth risking your hard-earned money on their products. I am still amazed how PayPal failed to protect my purchase this time. I hope other buyers avoid this brand and spend their money elsewhere where quality and accuracy are guaranteed.

Armor-X Beware before buying from Armor-X: A disappointing experience with their rugged phone case

So, I gotta say, my experience with Armor-X was not great. I was in need of a rugged case and stumbled upon their site. The case looked perfect for my needs - it had a built-in clip and was advertised as being ideal for biking and hiking.

Unfortunately, when the case arrived it was nothing like what was advertised. It was made of thin and flimsy plastic that could easily be bent in half by just using two fingers. How is that supposed to protect my phone, really? What's more, the clip was cheaply glued onto the case and the camera hole wasn't even the right size.

Naturally, I contacted the seller seeking a refund, since the item was a far cry from what was described on the site. They gave me an address and said they'd refund me once I provided a tracking number. However, when I went to the post office, I discovered that the cost of returning the item would be more than what I paid for it - a whopping $45 CDN!

I opened a dispute with PayPal, but lost since I refused to accept a partial refund. I had full confidence that I was in the right, but to no avail - apparently they chalked it up to buyer's remorse. To make matters worse, the seller offered me only half my money back before asking me to return the product back to that same Hong Kong address that would cost me an arm and a leg.

I'm still working on reporting these guys to PayPal and consumer.gov - there's no way I'm letting them get away with ripping me off like this. Seriously, folks, do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from Armor-X. It's all a scam, and they're banking on the fact that you won't be able to return it. I'm honestly disappointed that PayPal let me down on this occasion - they're usually so good at protecting purchases. In short, buyer beware - this is one site you want to steer clear of.

Armor-X No phone number for customer care in US

I mistakenly ordered the wrong case and accessories for my phone. I realized my mistake too late to stop the shipment and would like to exchange it ...completely unopened and still in its shipping box and envelope...however I see that amor-x charges a restock fee in addition to the shipping costs that I will have to bear.

This item was never used or even removed from its shipping packaging...it can easily be dropped into another mailer and shipped to a customer who needs it..no "restocking" needed! However I can NOT reach anyone in the US to discuss this with.

In addition in this day and age of Amazon free returns and exemplary customer service, Amor-x policies are far out of date.

Desired outcome: Ability to EXCHANGE incorrect t item for the correct one without a burdensome restock fee

Armor-X Disappointing Durability and Customer Service Experience with Armor-X iPad Cases

I have purchased a few cases from Armor-X for my iPad which I use for field research and collecting data. The cases are waterproof, which is always a plus, but they are not as durable as I thought they would be. The covers on these cases scratch way too easily for my liking. I am disappointed with how easily it scratches because it was only used for a day before it started showing signs of wear and tear. According to their customer support team, scratches are not covered under the warranty and they are not willing to replace my cases. The customer service experience has been far from satisfactory, and this is something that really matters to me when I am selecting a brand to purchase from.

Overall, I would not recommend purchasing any product from Armor-X. There are several other great waterproof cases available in the market from companies that have better customer service. Personally, I have had a great experience with Catalyst and their products. They have been highly responsive to my queries and have gone out of their way to provide excellent after-sales support and assistance.

Armor-X Armor-X (armor-x.com) Review: Nightmare Customer Service Experience

So, I decided to purchase from Armor-X (armor-x.com) and honestly, I was quite excited about it. I had high hopes about the product and the customer service that came along with it. Unfortunately, my experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare.

Firstly, I decided to pay for express shipping, thinking I'd receive my item quickly. However, it took WEEKS before I even received any information about my purchase. The entire time, I received multiple scripted emails saying that it had been shipped, but when I checked the tracking link they provided, I noticed that the company had not even dropped off my item at the post office yet. Talk about frustrating!

So, I tried to cancel my order and request a refund. But here's where it gets even worse. The company refused to let me cancel my order, stating some obscure policy about a 12 hour time limit for cancellations. What?! That's crazy! And to make matters worse, they kept telling me to wait a few more weeks before I received my item.

Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed in this company's customer service. It was the worst I have ever experienced. So I did what any frustrated customer would do and disputed my purchase with my bank. It's just not worth the time and energy dealing with such an unprofessional company. I would recommend avoiding Armor-X (armor-x.com) at all costs.

Armor-X Avoid Armor-X Waterproof Cases for iPhone - Flimsy and Complicated Refund Process

Armor-X sells cases that are supposed to be extremely waterproof and shockproof, which is great for those who need extra protection for their phones. I decided to purchase one of these cases for my iPhone 12 Pro Max, but unfortunately, it did not live up to its promises. The case was flimsy and looked like it could barely offer more protection than a zip lock bag.

When I tried to return the case, I found that Armor-X has a complicated refund process that requires the purchaser to apply for a refund form and get it approved. And even if you do get approval, you only get credit with the company, not your money back. This makes it sound like getting a refund would be more trouble than what the case cost me in the first place. Plus, they wouldn't refund me, no matter how hard I tried.

I was expecting a lot more for the high price of $69.99 US, but unfortunately, I got less than what I paid for. I strongly recommend that you avoid this company and their products if you want to ensure that your phone is well-protected.

Armor-X Armor-X Waterproof Case for iPad Pro 11: A Waste of Time and Money

Listen up folks, I gotta tell ya, stay away from Armor-X. These guys are a real bunch of jokers. The case I received came straight from the motherland, China, and to top it off the company itself is based over there too. Don't be fooled by their fancy website that makes it look like they're repping the good ole US of A.

So I just got my hands on the waterproof case for the iPad Pro 11 and let me tell ya, it's a real dud. It's the exact same case you can find on Amazon for like 38 bucks. And get this, as soon as I put my iPad in the case, the sleep/wake button gets constantly pushed down. What the heck, man. And don't even get me started on the screen protector, it's a joke. You can barely even control your screen with it on.

I'm not just gonna sit around and take this garbage, I'm gonna be taking it up with PayPal and asking for a refund. Don't waste your time or money with these guys. Lesson learned.

Armor-X Armor-X Case Review: Disappointing Quality & Customer Service

I bought an Armor-X case around 4 months ago, and I was really hoping for some good quality. After all, they claim to provide a 1-year warranty, so I figured the product quality, as well as their customer service, would be top-notch. Sadly, I was wrong! The thin film over the fingerprint sensor seems to have torn already, and the plug for my headphone jack ripped too. The worst part of it is that the case itself has developed cracks all over, particularly at the same spot where the jack is located. My once water-proof phone is now open to water damage, and when I reached out to Armor-X to see if they could help, they downright refused to replace it. Instead, I only got a measly code for a 10% discount on my next purchase. Seriously, they can't even honor the very first purchase I made, so why in the world would anyone buy from them again? I'm really disappointed with my experience, and I would suggest looking for another company for your phone case needs, as Armor-X just isn't up to the mark.

Armor-X Armor-X: Cool Website, Nasty Product and Customer Service

Armor-X's website looks pretty cool, but is unfortunately a letdown. The product and customer service are both nasty. I decided to give their whole system a chance, but was disappointed when the mount broke just a few weeks into using it. None of the items that I purchased were made of high quality. They were all constructed out of comparatively very cheap plastic, which was a major turnoff. To add insult to injury, when I contacted Armor-X to request a replacement, they didn't bother to respond. I'm not sure that I could even return the item if I wanted to.

If I had done my homework on this company, I probably would have steered clear of them. Amazon doesn't offer any of their products for a reason. There's no way that their low quality products would be satisfactory, and people would likely return them all. In the interest of avoiding a bad experience, I'd suggest that you avoid purchasing anything from Armor-X.

Armor-X Disappointing Experience with Armor-X: Flimsy Phone Case and Poor Customer Service

I was a bit disappointed with my experience with Armor-X. I was on the hunt for a phone case for my iPhone XS Max and stumbled upon their website. After a while of browsing, I thought I'd give the site a shot.

Unfortunately, the plastic and rubber case that I received was not up to par. I was hoping for a product that would help reduce glare, but instead, I received something flimsy and cheap. I decided to see if I could make a claim on the product.

First, I was told to buy a new case, which didn't really make sense to me since I wasn't satisfied with the first one I purchased. So, I tried to pursue a warranty claim instead. After several emails, I didn't receive any response for the warranty claim. On top of that, I also didn't receive a response for products that I had shipped back and no longer needed.

Overall, my experience with Armor-X wasn't the best. While I did appreciate the variety of products they had available for my phone, the quality and customer service unfortunately fell short. I hope in the future they can improve these areas so that other customers can have a better experience.

Armor-X Armor-X iPad Pro Case: A Frustrating Experience with Offshore Customer Service

I recently bought a case for my new iPad Pro from Armor-X and man, was it a frustrating experience! So, the website kinda gives you this impression that they are a US-based company, but no sirreee, that is far from the truth. I'm usually quite careful when it comes to buying stuff online, I always prefer using PayPal and steer clear of any offshore shenanigans. However, I was duped and fell for this website's ruse. I placed the order on January 14th and boy, oh boy, not even a measly little acknowledgement email in sight. I tried reaching out to them a couple of times, but to no avail. 'Is it so hard to shoot a quick email, Armor-X?' I mean, I'm not trying to become lifelong pen pals or anything, just some basic customer service here.

It was only when I checked my PayPal account that I realized these guys are not based in the US. 'What the heck, Armor-X?' I tried canceling the transaction, but nope, the money was already gone. And to make it worse, these guys have set up their accounts in a way that the payments are processed immediately. 'What happened to "not billed until the product is sent," folks?' Again, I reached out to them, hoping that they would at least give me an update, but nope, nada, zilch.

Finally, after days of anxious waiting, I received an email from PayPal that the unit has been sent. Well, that's something, but still no word from Armor-X. Seriously, people, do not use this company, they will only give you grief and an empty wallet.

Armor-X Disappointing Quality: Armor-X Case for Find X Phone Review

I gotta say, I was pretty excited to get my hands on this Armor-X case for my Find X phone. As someone who's pretty good with my phone, I wasn't too worried about damage, but the idea of having that extra protection was really appealing to me.

Sadly, only 3 weeks in, one of those little plastic guides meant to keep the sliding part of the cover aligned just snapped right off. And just a few days later, the second one did too! I mean, this isn't the end of the world since the moving part of the cover is magnetized to the camera's carriage so it stays put pretty well, but still kind of a bummer.

But wait, it gets worse! A month in and one of the clips at the other end of the case broke too. And this is actually a pretty big deal because that clip holds the bottom part of the case onto the main part. And now, the bottom is just flapping around like a loose tooth.

I can't say I'm entirely surprised - there aren't a whole lot of rugged cases out there for the Find X, and the price on this one seemed too good to be true. And I guess it was. Overall, the quality is pretty rubbish, and honestly, I wouldn't waste your money on this one.

Armor-X Armor-X: Overpriced Plastic Disguised as Fancy Protection - A Warning to Shoppers

This website that sells phone cases called Armor-X, they really messed me up. I should have checked the reviews before ponying up my hard-earned cash. Their website was all like "this is some seriously fancy protection for your phone!" Turns out it was just a overpriced piece of plastic! So, I went on Amazon and scored the same damn case for a third of the price.

So I wait for weeks while this Armor-X case drags [censored] getting sent to my house. And when it finally shows up, I’m cheesed off. Cause the case I got from Amazon is the exact same freakin' thing, except it didn’t break the bank or take my wallet out to dinner. I picked up that paltry little Amazon case for a mere 18 bucks with a nice side of free shipping. Meanwhile, Armor-X was getting all greedy and soaked me for a whopping $59. Like, are you serious? I mean, I needed something to "get me by" till the Armor-X case came, but I never thought I’d end up saying "what the waffle?"

I’ve already decided that I don’t want this Armor-X case, even if I have to sell a kidney to get it refunded. But I can't even get them to give me the Return Goods Authorization. What the heck is with these guys? They’re acting shadier than a tunnel in the dark.

Avoid Armor-X like hot garbage.
