I brought it to Best Buy Imports and they fixed it up real good for me. Now it's running like a champ. I highly recommend these guys for any car trouble you might have. They even gave me a discount on the repairs cuz they felt bad about the lemon I got stuck with. Best customer service I've had in a while.

But I called them up and they were really helpful in getting it fixed. They didn't give me any trouble and they fixed it up fast. I was really impressed with their service. The car is running smoothly now and I'm really happy with it. If you're looking for a good car at a good price, I would definitely recommend Best Buy Imports to anyone!

Got a car from Best Buy Imports like a month back and now my car is gone. They say I didn't pay them even though I did and they couldn't reach me (wasn't there bad reception?). I call my bank and they tell me to take it up with the car dealership, but no one's helping me out. Now my money's gone and my credit score is suffering :( Looks like other peeps have had the same problem lately too.

Ordered sumthin on the webs from Best Buy Imports on Nov 17. Then the next week the same item was on sale. So I went to the store to see if they'd give me the lower price. The peeps in customer service told me to come back after it was delivered. After it arrived, I went back and they said they couldn't match the price. This is messed up! The CS shoulda gave me a refund and let me buy it again on sale. But no, they made me wait and now they won't do the right thing. Really disappointed in Best Buy Imports.

I bought a car from Best Buy Imports and they said it would be 17k, which made me very happy. I paid a 5k deposit and they gave me 1k for my old car. But when I got the paperwork, it said I owed *** and I needed to get financing, which they never told me before. I want them to charge me the price they said at first and not the extra 4k they added or I might have to do something about it. Thanks.

Bought a new car from that shop. I saw some issues with it but the dealer promised to repair them after I paid for it. Went back for the 1st repair and found out they weren't truthful about how and where the car would be fixed. They lend me a car while mine was under their hands for repairs. After 1 week the dealer calls my son, instead of me, and says that my car is ready. Got it back and now the computer is busted because of an aftermarket repair shop that cut out the sunroof. They returned the car 1 week ago and told me it was their mistake not to reprogram the car for the new sunroof they put in. The aftermarket repair shop actually made it worse. I've had this car for less than 30 days and it's been in the shop more than I've driven it! I'm really out a lot of cash: $8,000 straight up and $1,750 for next day repairs.

inue. Overall, I would not recommend Best Buy Imports as they have shown to be unreliable and unprofessional in handling payments and contracts. Plus, their communication skills need improving. It's frustrating to deal with their payment system and customer service. I feel misled and disrespected as a customer. Don't make the same mistake as I did, find another dealership that values their customers.

I bought a car from a place that does the “buy here pay here” thing, and it was fine for the first few months I had it. Then, I took it in for an oil change and heard a rattling noise when I started it up again. The mechanic told me that the dealership probably put cheap oil in the engine to cover up the noise. So I took it back to the dealership and they told me to take it to their repair shop. I did that, and they said I needed a timing chain, but wouldn’t give me a price. They said they would call me back, but the days went by without any word. I called them, and they said they had two other cars on the lift and I’d have to wait a week. But then they never called me back with a price or anything, so I kept calling and leaving messages, but no one answered. I finally talked to my salesman, Rob, and told him that I felt like I’d been sold a lemon. He said he’d look into it, but then never got back to me, so I decided not to make my next payment until I heard from them.
