us utility corp keep addin delinquent charges n collection fees even tho we had a payment plan n i paid over 600$ this year. they breakin the law by addin fees n keepin me in debt.

Me and my old lady paid our water and sewer bill with US Utility Corporation on 06/25 for $6178.72 like it said on the yearly bill. We was waiting for a whole year to get confirmation that we paid it off, but then in July 2922 we got a bill saying we still owed money. I tried to fix it but it didn't work out. I think if we paid the whole thing before the end of the billing statement, there shouldn't be no balance left.

I never got a bill from this company (U.S. Utility Corporation & U.S. Utility, LLC) until a week ago. I was still wondering if this is a legit letter before I got another one with a late fee of $150 cost of collection without agency. I tried multiple times to verify that this is a legit bill before I blindly make a payment of $150 today as not to report my name to the credit bureau. I called their office but they don't pick or return calls. Their phone hours are M-Th 9 am to 3:30 pm and F: 9 am to noon. But they don't even answer during those working hours. If you have other options for me to not do business with this company anymore, please recommend them to me.
