I placed an order on 4 June and received confirmation that payment had been processed from my account. The communication indicated that I should allow 5–10 working days for processing, after which delivery details would be provided. Unfortunately, I have received no follow-up communication whatsoever.
Over the past few days, I have sent no fewer than seven emails enquiring about my order status. When I did not receive any response, I even took the initiative to search online for the correct customer care contact details to ensure my queries were reaching the appropriate team. I included all relevant order information in my correspondence, yet still received no feedback.
Only after I eventually called your office was I told that my email had “just been received,” which is extremely concerning. The lack of communication and responsiveness caused me unnecessary stress, to the point where I genuinely began to suspect that this might be a fraudulent transaction.
This experience falls far below acceptable service standards. As a result, I no longer feel confident proceeding with this purchase.
I kindly request that a full refund be processed, so that I may take my business elsewhere with a company that values its customers and provides reliable service.
I would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter and prompt confirmation that my refund is being processed.
Recommendation: Avoid any Under Armour purchase
