This is my opinion based on a recent interaction with the vendor. Item web page said items ship usually within 24 hours. After 3 days of not hearing anything from the vendor about my delivery nor receiving a tracking number I sent an email to ascertain status. After not receiving a reply to my email within 24 hours +/- I attempted to call the vendor, after failing numerous times to reach anyone despite which extension I tried I left a voicemail. Within 2 hours I received a response and was told that the item was on back order and it would not be available for shipping for 1 to 3 days. The item page clearly stated usually ships within 24 hours, no mention of back order, my receipt did not mention the item was on back order. I was later contacted by Director of Customer Service and I immediately informed them I wanted to cancel the order due to failure to inform me of back order status and to refund my purchase by end of business day at which time they became belligerent and told me it would take weeks to process the refund. The vendor failed to properly inform me of the back order status and they refused to immediately process my refund. It is my opinion that you should steer clear of this vendor and seek your parts elsewhere.
Recommendation: Avoid!
