• The tickets did not arrive as expected.
• I was out of pocket having to drive to a location to collect the tickets that I didn’t sign for
• We received member cards belonging to someone else.
• Only 2 out of 3 tickets scanned successfully; one failed.
• The seats we were directed to were not the ones we paid for
• We were instructed not to speak to stadium staff or security, which is highly irregular and concerning.
• When I sought help via your app, I received no response for over three hours, and the eventual reply was simply: “Hi, did you get the tickets?”—which was unhelpful

Recommendation: don't ever use this site
