Acorn TV review: They have no customer service and their app is very buggy

I really enjoy the shows on this station but their app is so buggy it's almost unwatchable. I had a copy of the app in my Smart TV and one of my iPad and after several months of this arrangement working perfectly, all of a sudden I start being told I can't have the App installed in two different places in my house. In fact they accused me of having multiple users which is not true. I'm the only user I pay for it every month nobody else has my identity. They are a bunch of losers. The fact that you can't reach anybody at any time ever shows that they are just a scam.
