Terrible experience
Terrible experience. They didn't send the documents like they said they would. I didn't hear the promo, so I'm not sure if it even played. They won't show me the original email with the dates it aired. They keep sending invoices even after I email, leave voicemails, and talk to a representative who promises to give me proof of when it aired. I won't use them again. Feels like I got scammed. Can't find a solution, so this is my last resort. - Lisa H

I had the same problem as someone else who posted here. I listened to the station for two days in a row when my promo was supposed to be aired, but I never heard it. I keep getting calls all the time from them, trying to collect. They can't show me any proof of when and where it aired. They also told me it would air twice a day, in the morning and evening. But the documents I received afterwards say it would be either in the morning OR afternoon. That's not what I agreed to, but I still sent them a check. The check has been cashed, but they claim they haven't received payment. It's a total scam!
