I found the company from a online advertisement. They were very responsive and were here the next day to check our roof! Our neighbor had his roof replaced, so that is why I wanted ours inspected. Luckily, our roof was fine, but she did mention our gutters need cleaning which we knew.

I am so happy with my new roof and WW Restoration. I had it replaced 15 years ago and the experience was awful back then. Two workers fell through my living room ceiling, and it took that company a week. WW Restoration finished my roof replacement in one day including picking up all of the nails! They did everything they promised they would do.

This is the only roofing company I will recommend to others. Very professional all around and they are helpful in every way. Helped with the insurance aspect and we didn't have to mess with that once it was approved. They go above and beyond in all aspects. Wonderful how they covered all our shrubs, air conditioning units and put things back they had to move. Covered the whole yard for roofing nails-not just the around right around the house. The best! WW Restoration LLC is a very professional, easy-to-work with company with a very knowledgeable, helpful staff. They helped my wife and I navigate the entire process from inspecting our roof for hail damage, working with our us and our insurance company to insure our claim was filed properly, getting our roof replaced within the claim settlement amount with a high quality roofing system, and completing the work within the time specified. We were very pleased with their service and quality people. Anthony G, their Sales Manager, not only sold us on the project but followed-up with us every step of the way through completion. We enjoyed working with him and the others we worked with in WW Restoration.

WW Restoration removed our roof by throwing debris that surrounded our entire house. After which they did not even run magnets (they assured us prior they would). They caused damage to many of our tires, our ceiling and even our daughter's shoes. They also attempted to charge us for work not completed, after spray painting over damages. Once confronted about it, they claimed they were denied entry, which they were not. They said they would return in a few hours, and after 4 days, we told them they would not be permitted back on our property until we had answers from someone in charge. They did not want to take responsibility for the danger they exposed our family and our pets. They were unprofessional, unreliable and unable to keep half of their administrative staff during the time we dealt with them.

I hired WW Restoration, LLC to install a complete roof due to hurricane Zeta. One of there reps or owner pulled in my driveway and offered their services to get a new roof for my home. He said the old roof had problems but he would make sure he would replace it correctly. I signed a contract for a certain amount. At the end of the contract I was charged more than the signed agreement. After the installation during the month of heavy rains and wind, my roof through the living room Furnace Vent and Den began to leak where the chimney is located. As of today it has leaked into other areas of another joining room on to the kitchen. Now there is a strong mildew smell in the Den and I am not able to sit in it. I am also experiencing dizziness and breathing issues at times. I am not saying this is the reason for the dizziness but I will be seeking a doctor. When the leaks first started, I called the contractor and he said he would have someone to come. They came several times but said my chimney was leaking and that I needed to hire someone to seal it. They charged me $900+ to seal 950ft the brick is why I sought an attorney. They also charged my insurance for a Furnace vent that the foreman said they did not installed so I needed to get someone to replace it. They also charged my State Farm Insurance Company for drip trim, gutters and facial. They did not have to replace the Facial because my house had new facial already installed prior to signing a contract. They have damaged it in some areas. I reported this also to the contractor I signed the contract with. There is more but I think this is enough to let others know to read their Insurance Estimates when using this company. I am a widow that feel I have been taken advantage of. I reached out to another client of theirs, he told me he had a leak in his hot water heater room. He only called them once. They came out and repaired the leak and painted the ceiling with the water damage. This just goes to show the integrity of this fraudulent company. I found the seller of my contract to be a smooth talker so be aware. He never came to inspect the roof and he never returned my calls to give me a response to the contractors reports.

WW Restoration, LLC is a company that hires subcontractors to perform home repairs and roof installations. Their license number is 30087. My home sustained damage in a 03/25 tornado. The ALFA insurance engineer and the AFS Foundation Repair engineer both reported my home was lifted off the original concrete slab foundation. The foundation shifted approximately 4-5 inches, and the home was set back down on the ground. My ALFA homeowner's insurance adjuster approved over $75,000 work of damage to my home.

I terminated my residential roofing agreement with WW Restoration LLC in July because the company representatives failed to report to my property to complete the entire scope of work approved by ALFA insurance. In addition, they left vinyl siding and roofing materials in my front yard for over 8 weeks, killing my bermuda grass. Furthermore, the vinyl siding they did replace was a different color than the existing siding on the front of my home, and the support beams they installed on my front porch cracked from too much weight the very first week following the installation.

The project managers at WW Restoration LLC often would ignore my texts and calls and made excuses as to why their subcontractors were not available to complete the scope of work ALFA insurance paid them to complete. Mr. Chuck I reported "a labor shortage" as the blame for WW Restoration LLC not being able to report to my home to complete repairs they had received payment to complete.

Long story short, SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE. WW Restoration LLC hires subpar and poor quality subcontractors to complete the scopes of work approved by homeowners' insurance companies. They are terrible communicators, and they are not concerned with what is in the best interest of the consumer. WW Restoration LLC representatives charged me for materials they did not use on my home, including roofing decking. They left the 25-year-old roofing decking that was on my home prior to the 03/25 tornado and laid new roofing shingles on top of the 25-year-old roofing decking instead of installing the new roofing decking they were paid to install prior to installing the new roof shingles. In other words, ALFA insurance paid WW Restoration LLC for the costs of the new roofing decking and for the labor costs to have the new roofing decking installed; however, WW Restoration LLC's roofing subcontractor did not install the new roofing decking and left my property with the new roofing decking materials that my homeowner's insurance paid them to install.

They also failed to pull a residential building permit with the City of Pelham, so no inspection was performed on the new roof installation. I have contacted the City of Pelham, and City of Pelham Building Department representatives are planning to contact WW Restoration LLC and inform them they are required to apply for a permit retroactively. Once WW Restoration LLC applies for the permit and the City of Pelham approves the permit, I will then be able to formally request a roofing inspection from the City of Pelham at no cost to me. I would never recommend WW Restoration LLC to any consumer. They are strictly in business to cut corners and make money any way they can, and they have no qualms about going against city, county, and state building codes. They are THE WORST general contractor a consumer could ever select.
