Wu Yi Source is a RIP OFF - do not go anywhere near them!
Staying Fat forever is better than these scammers ripping you off.
I went for the trial - which arrived the day after the trail period when I could cancel - they continued to take two unauthorised full payments until I cancelled and even then I was still seeing unidentifiable small amounts coming out - My bank's fraud dept told me to cancel the card as if it was stolen.
I asked Wu-Yi SOurce to send me confirmation that they had destroyed my credit card details and had not handed my cc details on to anyone else. (STILL WAITING)
Another thing - I use stock photography in my job and noticed that their 'team" at the bottom of this page under About Us http://www.wu-yisource.com/ is the same crowd as this stock photo here... http://www.shutterstock.com/pic-8514241-business-team-in-an-office-with-a-businesswoman-leading.html
Look who has added their head!
Before you even consider a cup of second rate tea will work RUN! The only weight you will lose from this tea is from your pockets.
Even if you Google WuYi Tea Scam there is a paid add at the top supposedly by a woman who was scammed by other wu yi suppliers and then found the Wu Yi Source worked and was wonderful - So they are even spending Google Ad money for reputation management using SCAM as the keyword.
Start walking every day, drop the sugar carbs all for FREE!
I hope they get caught real soon - where are the laws that govern these scams?

I have had a similar experience. I was charged for an order in September which I did not receive. I have contacted them via phone, e-mail and snail mail asking for my money to be refunded since I did not receive the product and to cancel my subscription. I'm still waiting for the refund. Is anyone living in Edison, NJ that could check and see if they really are located at this address? Maybe this is an offshore scam.

I am having the same problem. I got charged twice within a month period for one box of their tea. Of course when you try to call any of their numbers, the mailbox to leave a message is full!

I just received my 4.95 trial today 11/15/08 took a few weeks to get here. I found a 29.95 charge on my mc a week ago. They were already charging me for my first package and I hadn't even received the trial package. Luckily my cc company was able to give me their customer service number. I was fortunate and got my 29.95 back and cancelled my account immediately...

What a scam! I hope these phone numbers help you get some of your money back. My subscription was cancelled months ago, but for the last 4 months I received charges against my charge card --- one for $4.95 and one for $9.95. I FINALLY tracked down phone numbers where I spoke to a real person and they both assured me that my subscription to the ebooks were cancelled. (We'll see.)

For the $9.50 charge, call [protected]
For the $4.95 charge, call [protected]

Please, please file a consumer complaint with http://www.usdoj.gov/criminal/fraud/internet/

I, too, have been a victim of this company's scam. I've tried several times to resolve it; having ordered only the 'free' sample... free, save for the shipping and handling. The first charge seen on my account was for 69.87 and I promptly called my bank as well as the company. The WuYi csr said that she would cancel whatever I had been signed up for and they would indeed lose my information. Several weeks later, another charge has come up. I called the WuYi company yet again and the CSR I spoke with was incredibly rude.. I couldn't believe that she was working for 'customer service'! She spoke over me, refused to let me finish any sentences, until I finally got so frustrated I asked to speak with a supervisor. Ten minutes later, I got a supervisor on the phone. She informed me that they were not authorized to credit back anything, but I had cancelled and my information would not be accessed again. She suggested that I 'write the company a letter' and that perhaps that might help me. Today, I've found another charge on my account and the day before yesterday I received another package of wuyi tea that I never asked for, seeing as how I cancelled. My checking account has gone into the negative due to these theives; I'm instructed by my bank to return the product and save the receipt from the post office so as to be able to file a claim. I'm a single mother of a young boy, who's tuition for preschool I pay as well as every other need that may arise with him. I've now had to block my debit/check card and wait seven days for another just so I can stop them from charging my card. They do not take "no" for an answer. I've also filed a complaint with the BBB hoping that someone will STOP THEM from stealing their money rather than being a respectful business and hearing NO when they're told! If anyone has any idea how to stop this, please let me know.

I have never contacted you for any of your products. You have for no reason billed my visa twice before which I reported to Visa and they were able to take care of it. Now again you have charged $11.95 on my Visa on Nov 7, 2008. Please stop this fraudulent practice. This is very disturbing and if you don't stop it right away I will have to report you to the proper Govt agency.

I'm in the middle of this nightmare right now. What a load of rubbish these people at Wu-Yi spout to everyone. They take unauthorized payments, when you try to sort it out they speak to you like they are robots, programmed to say the same things over and over, and quote 'small print' at you. If they were an honest company they would get much more respect and repeat custom. Don't bother ordering anything or you will be in the same situation.

I too am finding charges on my credit card for things I had no way of knowing I was getting involved with, CIC is one "service" I had no idea I was paying 29.95 for a month. I am furious at my self first and then at the scam these companies pull off. I am getting rid of my computer, and will be happier and safer. It is such a shame such a great tool has been so misued by others greed. God knows who you are!

They ripped me off too. You do not have time to know before they bill your credit card and they won't give you credit. They billed my credit card on 7/25/08 and then on 8/08 for $59.95. After constant calling and emailing. I finally got $59.95 back but not the other $59.95. They said I agreed to it on the first order.
The free tea will cost you 6.95 and then $59.95 for one month supply that comes with your free order/////////////////

Same here but I got their number off my bank statement (I used my debit card) I called told them that they were stealing from me and giving out my account number to other companies and I never authorized the charge. They sent me several computer generated emails. That is when I called and threated a lawsuit. I got refunded all of the money plus they said I could keep the tea. This makes me think that a lawsuit should be filed and everyone should be aware of this thieving company. Tell me what you think. Am I right to seek legal advice?

I received the free tea for $6.95 and drank all of it and did not lose any weight. I called them and they said it was too late I was supposed to have called with in 14 days. They charged me for two shipments at $59.95 each. They have finally credited off $59.95 but the other charge I can't get them to take off. They won't answer my emails and the wait time is too long.

i totally agree with you...i went on a website called wu ti source and its a scam! They tell you that its a free 14 day trial period for a 30 day supply; well its on the 10th day and i still did not receive my product ( so how am i suppose to try it out for 14 days when i already lost 10 ) Anyhoo thats just the beginning next thing i see is that i am being charged from several different places. Apparently when you sign up for the 14 day free trial for wu ti tea and agree to the "terms & conditions" u are also signed up for (2) other programs you never even agreed too nor heard of and trying to get a refund is impossible, the rep. was rude and refused to refund any of my money. Cant say if the product works or not (never received it) but what i can tell you is dont order from " Wu Ti Source" you would know if thats the website by the asian guy in the right side will start speaking to you about wu ti tea...

I too purchased the Wu-Yi tea, does not work - taste crappy and to top it off I got my matercard statement today and the following charges are against my card.

29.90 USD for Wellness Watchers - not authorized not signed up for
59.95 Wu-Yi Tea - never received - never ordered
4.95 Web Access- never requested - never authorized
9.95 Membership - never requested - never authorized.

Over 100.00 in charges not authorized

I contacted each of these companies - one was very polite to deal with - two were outright ignorant and refuse to refund my money and the fourth was Wu-Yi not easy to deal with and unwilling to refund any moneys unless I send the starter package back.

There is no such thing as a "FREE TRIAL" mine cost me $ 10.85... then a few days later on 8/21 I was charge $59.95 and again last night 09/03 another $59.95...I did not received any other teas from them except the " trial offer" which overall cost $130.75... THIS IS A VERY BIG SCAM WITH THIS WU-YI SOURCE TEA COMPANY...AND THE TEA DOES NOT WORK!

I order Wu-yi tea from qfl. They say it the real thing after I ordered it I thought I should research this company. Come to find out they sell something else So I tried to e-mail them not to send the tea. Couldnot get a hold of them. They were to call back to confirm my order never got a call. I receive the product e-mail and call their "customer service" to tell them I am sending it back and I waould like a confirmation from them. And nothing. I hope they don't charge me since it was with in the 14 day trial.

I to signed up for the wu-yi tea and have not received any thing and they said I would still be charged for the first month of $59.95. I was set up on a special and it was to be $4.95 for the first two weeks and I was not to be charged for it until the end of the two weeks. They did charge me and then they also added another $4.95 for something I did not want. You are right they evade your questions and they are stealing your money. Something needs to be done about this.

My complaints are the same as the others...I ordered the tea and cancelled within two weeks...sent the unused portion back and was charged again on the credit card...it took me months to get a refund and that was with calling several times and chatting online with their reps. The Living Lean thing was the same. People with complaints need to report them to their states attorney generals office.

I have cancelled my program, paid up and yet they are still STEALLING MONEY from our account. I sent an e=mail to teahelp@usa.com and was told it was fraudulent. HELP ME PLEASE.

Well, I must say I'm disappointed with the number of complaints. I do however, wish to state that I have already been billed the $29.95. Unlike the others I would like to have my next shipment mailed to me before I run out.

I don't believe in giving up. I have not experienced any ill fate, no problems with drinking the tea. I can barely taste it myself. As for real results, I can say that my skin have cleared up some. I was already eating veggies, fruits and drinking water for 7 days when the tea arrived. I continued with that until day 10. After the 10 days I lost a totaled of 7 lbs. I don't think the 3 days drinking the tea with the fruits andveggies contributed any, but I do believe with a little persistence and a proper diet and exercise that the tea could possibly work.

Now, I'm sure the others had reasons to want their money back. The product wasn't working for them. I'm not ready yet to make that claim. However, I don't wish to be billed for Living Lean. I don't recall that being a part of the free trail deal. Also, just today: 07/14/08 I went on line and completed an introduction for Living Lean. Please explain why this is necessary when there was no mention of this in the free trail period. Also, I would like to say when contacting me, please do so via email or my cell phone number. Bye the way I did response to my email message from you and now awaiting a response from you.

Thanks,
T Martin

Oh my god, same problems as everyone else. I also was charged for the tea, which was a free trial, that i ended up paying 35$ plus the living lean which I had never heard of was another 19.95$. I also cancelled. This is a huge scam, and I thought I could never be taken, but alas i was. Never believe in these products. The only true way to lose weight is diet and exercise, the old fashioned way.

I have a similar situation. I ordered the tea thinking, maybe it would help me get the extra pounds off. I have been charged 29.95 and $34.90 within 2 weeks from WuYiTea and $19.95 from Living Lean. I never even used the Living Lean website - I thought it was a magazine - and have only received my initial shipment of tea. What a ripoff!

I purchased and received the tea, it tasted like moldy grass. I had a few friends taste it and they said the same thing. I called to speak to someone and instead of them sending me another product that may have been fresher, they told me to pay for return shipping. I was not going to pay 10.00 for tea that tasted like crap. I couldnt even get anyone who spoke clear english. This company is unreal and their tea sucks! You lose the weight because you throw up because of the rotten tea!

I need to cancel my program of your tea because it made me feel really bad when I drank it. You told me if the 14 days I aren't agree with the tea i can call you or write my cancelation and you never charge the amount for the tea in my card. I received the tea the 06-10-08 so today 06-24-08 is the 14 day and I want to cancel my order, I need to know how can I send tou the rest of the tea.

You do not need to pay for a lawyer. Call your credit card and cancel your card for about a month, and at the same time explain why you are doing it and have your institution do an investigation on this company and the business practices and or there lack of. That goes for all others whether you are in America and or outside of America, all banking institutions do not want to lose their valuable customers.
