Me and my fiance submitted the application at 11 a.m. and all day she gave us the runaround we decided we'll give her calls all day since she didn't call us back and I said wow because I was very frustrated cuz we need the money today and she said wow really rudely back to us we will never go to the Rock Falls office again it's completely unprofessional
